Weight Loss Question and Answer Weight Loss Answers

Would this diet work for muscle gain and weight loss?

For starters, I don't really know if this makes any sense so I'm asking for someone with some more dietary knowledge to help me out.
Anyways I've been lifting weights but I'm also wanting to cut off some weight. So If I ate a good amount of calories and protein on days I work out but ate much less calories with a little protein on non-workout days would that help me achieve my result?
Thanks for any help

  1. normally, you gain muscle with a caloric surplus, and lose fat with a caloric deficit. i suggest eating high protein, moderate carbs, and low-moderate fat on workout days – non workout days, try high protein, low carb, moderate-high(er) fat. google a "recomp" diet/routine. that may help you more than i can

  2. To lose weight, take in less calories and/or burn more. To gain muscle mass, which should raise your weight, eat a lot a meat and foods with protein.

  3. Well, this is how i do it on the workout day i drink 50g whey protein powder, 5 min after the workout, and i try to eat protein rich foods, next day (my rest day) i only eat as much protein as i can, i don’t drink the powder, you have to remember diet is about 60% the other 40% is the workout, you have to stress the muscle correctly with a low amount of reps, if you don’t damage the muscle, they wont need repair and you will only gain weight.

  4. You need protein everyday, not just on your workout days. Take in 1-1.5 grams of protein per body weight daily. Keep lifting weights and implement some cardio if you also want to cut some fat.

  5. hey, I did have this bad eating problem for ages that it was hopeless. I used to be a diet product nuts. Till a friend show me these tips, I was doubtful at first. I didn’t see much result until 2 weeks later, but I was starting to love myself again. After losing that first bit of weight, which was so uplifting, I worked on developing good diet to keep off the weight. I couldn’t be happier. Here’s the site: quickloseweighthome.tk
