Will this be an effective weight loss diet?

I do know allot about fitness and good workouts but i just want to know for sure that my plan for the next month is gonna be a good one!
i'm 18, im about 5'8 and weigh around 8stone 4 ...in the next week or so im starting a new diet. I'm joining the local leisure centre and applying for a months membership where im going to swim everyday for an hour and do a weight workout and 15minute run everyday at the gym after swimming, i'm also gonna be on a low carb and high protein diet.
what changes will i see in a month and will it help to structure out my face?

  1. You’re going to crash and burn on a low carb diet trying to swim for an hour everyday. I’m not saying you should load up on carbs but you’ll definitely need them.

    Remember this: Carbs = Energy while Protein = Build/Repair Muscle. Instead you should be on a LOW CALORIE diet. You will be burning a lot of calories swimming everyday for an hour. Plus burning even more running and lifting weights.

    I suspect you could keep eating the way you do and be fine since you’re only 18 and probably still have an excellent metabolism. So count your calories instead of carbs and you’ll do excellent. Hope this helped.

  2. this will be very effective. you’ll lose about 20-25 pounds a month, but at your height and weight I really don’t think you need to lose that much lol

  5. Yes, changes depend on the amount of calories you intake throughout the day. If you eat 2000 calories and only burn off 1500 each day, you have a net gain of 500 calories/day. But, you do have a nice exercise regime planned.

  6. Hi. I couldn’t help noticing by the number of questions posted that the age old problem of losing weight quickly, but safely, NEVER goes away. A work colleague of mine had absolutely fantastic results recently and all she did was follow the guide below. (Luckily, I’m I’m OK according to my hubby!) The results were incredible! It worked for her – it may work for you too.

  10. the general public thinks you have to starve yourself and excercise your brains out to lose weight. Evidentally this is old school info. You just have to detox your cells.. that is where the fat is stuck! I love shakes so it’s a no brainer. I have one a day to maintain. Tell a friend!
