trying to figure out a best way to exercises and a good diet to loss some weight

  1. The best form of exercise to lose weight is jogging. It maybe the hardest workout, but it’s more effective. Usually the best time to run is early in the morning. Doing early morning runs is more effective because your body is more energized, and you burn more calories.

  2. I would do weight watchers for diet and Curves to work out.
