Whats the best way to lose weight FAST?
Whats the best way to lose weight without starving or using any weight loss supplements?
Please dont just tell me to exercise - I already know that one =). Im looking for examples. Such as meal plans and recipes, detailed exercise plans ect.

Well, it doesn't have to be too fast. I just want something thats going to get me results. Im willing to work for it.

I would suggest a cleansing diet. I lost 12 pounds in 9 days and then 28 pounds in less than a month. I also lost a lot of inches too! I learned that cleansing will help the body get rid of impurities. Impurities come from a lot of things like fast food, pollution, food additives and preservatives and lots of other things. The impurities get stored in the fat in our body. To get rid of the fat, we have to get rid of the impurities by cleansing the body. to not loose it fast… I lost 50 pounds (trying to lose it fast as possible) and it took a year, I
exercised 3-5 times a week
ate every meal on a small plate, to cut calories
did not drink pop or juice, only water and 1% milk
no pizza or chips for 1 year
Its not an easy task and cant be done in a short amount of time

Fast weight loss is not stable because the body goes into starvation mode and starts to conserve calories. Think long term. When someone loses weight very quickly, there is a 99.9% chance they will gain all their weight back plus more.

u can eat really healthy like fruits and vegetables. and drink lots of water.

Eat healthily with lots of veggies, lean meat and complex carbs and exercise, you will not have problem losing some fats and weight.
I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs and gain better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs for more than a year.

The best way to lose weight is doing exercise.
The best type of exercise for weight loss is something you ENJOY DOING and are likely to continue doing – not just while losing weight but also as you maintain weight in the long term.
Your initial fitness goal should be to do 30 minutes of exercise each day. Thereafter, gradually increase this (ideally) to about 60 minutes of exercise per day.
The best combination of exercise is a mixture of aerobic and weight/strength training (and stretching). Aerobic and weight/strength training exercises both assist weight loss but in different ways.
