  1. After I lost 30lbs from starvation, I started weighing myself NAKED EVERY MORNING to make sure that I weigh the same. If I gain a pound or two, I won’t eat as much for next few days and I’ll be back to the same weight. It seems like you know how to lose the weight…but you don’t know how to keep it off….so you should try this and see if it works.

  2. Eat less calories and exericise

  3. pills..drugs…food..everyone misses the most important aspect..exercise…if people would exercise more they would not have to worry so darn much about food…Are you really serious about doing this? We are talking about hard work. Putting down your little debbies, getting off your butt and not only going on a diet but EXERCISING!!! Even if you lose the weight it will come right back if you do not have the desire and motivation to not only look cute but to be healthy. it is going to take alot of inner strength I can assure you of that.

    1.) eat 4-5 small meals a day

    2.) drink lots of water

    3.)exercise every day

4.) do not eat 4-6 hours before you sleep

  4. Weight watchers has been the best for me.
There’s a few tricks, drink lots of water, exercise and follow the plan. I have lost 33 pounds and 7 inches since august.
    Good luck!

  5. Diabetic diets usually is the best way to go. Because they help control your blood glucose levels. That way you do not get as hungry in between meals. Also low fat diets are good. Because the fat you take into you body just produces fat on your body

  6. My husbands endocrinologist (DH is diabetic) said he feels the South Beach diet is the healthiest diet he has seen.
But in order to lose weight you must consume less calories and exercise more ( at least 20 minutes per day 5 days per week)

It is only a "diet" until you make it your normal way of eating.

So in short, Eat less (choose minimally processed foods) – move more!

  7. I’ve went on the South Beach Diet before and lost weight.

  8. It`s not going to fall off, after 2 months, just eat smaller portions, of helthier food, and workout (in words, get a excersize ball and other equiptment and workout on those.) It will prolly take 1 year

  9. There is NO best diet. The best way to lose and keep the weight off is to do a Life style change. Totally change the way you eat. How often you eat, How much you eat and what you eat. and get out there and do something. Run, Jog, play games with your kids in the yard. Roller blading. what ever you like to do that gets you moving. If you stick with it in time you will see a big diffrence.

Start with cutting out junk food. Cut out all of the high calorie drinks (regular soda, juice, koolaid) Drink more water.

  10. Diet is a four letter word. If you want to loose weight and keep it off you have to change your life style. You have to stop eating anything that’s processed or preserved. No frozen dinners, no fast food, fried food, or canned food. Exercise at least three times a week. Walking is a good way to burn calories. Running is even better and great cardio. Eat right and exercise. That’s what will get your body where it needs to be.

  11. I do no think there is a one month diet or a two month diet that will leave you happy forever.

They will leave you happy for about a week or two and then you will go back to your usual routine and the weight will be back.

Also I do not think weight is the problem, but health. How healthy do you want to be? Healthy means that you can run 3 miles no problem, healthy means your knees don’t hurt because you’re too heavy for them, healthy means you are not afraid your back is going to hurt if you lift a box, healthy means you feel the spring in your step.. and yes, as a side effect healthy means you can fit in your clothes, your muscles are toned and you look beautiful because you feel beautiful.

Change your perspective, you don’t want to loose weight, you want to be healthy and strong. And for that you need to change your current diet for a healthy diet that you will follow for as long as you live, and to be strong you need to keep yourself physically active.

You know what is healthy and what is not. You know that eating one slice of apple in the morning as breakfast is not healthy, nor is healthy a breakfast that consists of 4 pancakes drowned in syrup and butter.

It is though. Making a change in perspective like this means you will leave behind a lot of the things that make you ‘happy’, which basically means your brain is content with a lot of dopamine from the sugars and carbohydrates, and your body is content because you don’t ask it to do anything taxing.

However, once you make the shift you discover you are a lot happier being healthy and staying healthy than when you are not.

I wish you all the best, make the shift, change your perspective, be healthy.
