Well… it’s very difficult to decide they are both extremly important- diet is for your health and exercise is also for health and shape..
so… I think that you should try to estimate them as equal
By it self neither of them works that well but if you eat healthily and exercise then you can lose weight quite fast and well.
If you do exercise hard then don’t do it every day but every other day. do exercise every day but just take a walk in between hard exercising days.
They are both essential in weight loss, but to answer your question….I thi.k diet is more important. You can lose some weight eating healthy and not exercising. When you exercise and not watch what you eat…it’s sort of pointless, besides it making you feel better, it wont do much good in helping to lose weight.
You will be able see a major difference within a week if you just cut out all junk food, fast food, processed food, soda!

They’re both nessacery, but from what I understand it’s about 70% diet, 30% exercise.
You just have to burn more calories than you consume, either through daily activities or exercise.

they are both equally important and tie into each other. without one of these factors weight loss would be hard and nearly impossible.

Neither is very effective by itself. Used together, both are important.
