whats more important diet or cardio for weight loss?

whats more important, diet or cardio, for weight loss and to get a six pack, people tell me different things some please convince me help

  1. Both are important but you can’t tone muscles and develop 6 pack abs without toning muscles. That tone comes from exercise.

  2. I’ve tried out every diet under the sun but nothing worked as good as acai berry.   3. Both I guess. But diet is very important. If you want to get ripped then you’ll have to eat clean! Try to avoid empty calories and keep protein intake high.

  4. uhm both go hand in hand. but nutrition is always more important. you can eat like a pig and work out with out losing weight, but you can eat less and lose weight with no exercise. but if you want a six pack, you need both. eating 1500 calories a day and hitting the gym daily!
