Both are important but you can’t tone muscles and develop 6 pack abs without toning muscles. That tone comes from exercise.

I’ve tried out every diet under the sun but nothing worked as good as acai berry. I appreciate they say that pills don’t work, however they sure worked for me, and they have been shown on the Rachael Ray Show too. Both I guess. But diet is very important. If you want to get ripped then you’ll have to eat clean! Try to avoid empty calories and keep protein intake high.

uhm both go hand in hand. but nutrition is always more important. you can eat like a pig and work out with out losing weight, but you can eat less and lose weight with no exercise. but if you want a six pack, you need both. eating 1500 calories a day and hitting the gym daily!
