WHAT'S A WEIGHT LOSS DIET THAT WORKS!?

Like, I need to lose weight and I'm becoming extremely unmotivated...I tried the starvation diet, bleh! Nooo way. I lasted 2 days...I was going to try the oatmeal diet, but I read somewhere that it's only for short-term use...and I'm probably going to be on a diet for like 4-5 months...not a week, haha you get my drift?

My brother lost a lot of weight when he was about my age...he told me that he ate 3 square meals a day...

I'm kind of trying to avoid chicken and meat and so forth, (and sometimes it's cooked for dinner..bleh) so I just want to cut all of that out.

Men lose weight 25% faster than women too, so that pretty much explains why he lost the weight so fast...

Anyways...I want a diet that I can stick to, and that would actually make me lose weight...I do roughly about 1hour of exercise a day so yeah xD

  1. go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food
    after 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on
    your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If

    cakes, you don’t eat junk food, and you don’t eat biscuits. But your

  2. Hi I have tried like everything to lose weight and not always with my mind in check and will power so I have cheated.
    I am currently using Herbalife which means:

    Breakfast: One shake vanilla and some vitamins tables
    I have a snack ie fruit or nutrograin bar
    Lunch: Sandwich and yogurt and orange juice and tablets
    Dinner: One shake vanilla and some vitamins tables

    I have been losing on average about 4-5 pounds a week if not more; as long as I don’t cheat and eat in the evening and have my shake.

    I do a little exercise on something called the AB Circle Pro.

    you do roughly 1 hour exercise per day. that is good keep it up.

    now on your food intake. since you cook sometimes, it will be easier to control on your diet. my recommendation is to break your meals into smaller portion, 300 calories for breakfast, 400 calories for lunch and dinner each. 100 calories for snacks each. eat every 4-5 hours.

    breakfast you can have skimmed milk with whole grains, or egg or low fat yogurt that kind of thing.

    lunch, raw vegetable salad, or a turkey sandwich.

    dinner, vegetables with fish, or chicken. boiled or steam. no fried, no oily stuff. snacks can include banana, apple.

    do this for at least 1 month and you should see result.

  5. There is a diet that I tried with my wife and she lost more weight, at a lot more rapid of a pace… I was kinda bummed, but she looked great tbh.
