What's a good, cheap weight-loss diet I could do?
I'm about 5'9" and weigh in at about 220 and would like to get back down to under 200 lbs. Can anyone give me some advice on a good diet to utilize to go along with the cardio (biking/running) I'll be doing? I usually bike about 20 miles in a little under an hour at the gym (keeping my heart rate up and never going under 100 RPMs), but w/o a proper diet, I'm really not accomplishing much. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Easy answer!
Eat what you would normally eat…
Only in smaller portions..
Also try to cut out the empty calories.. (Soda, candy, etc..)

theivorhick, you have a very good exercise load, so you are on a right track to lose weight
For diet, I would recommend a diet called Calorie Shifting. I have attended the free 7 days Calorie shifting diet course and the result is pretty good. It is a diet that can boost metabolic rate, so is very helpful since you have a very good exercise load.
Along with this answer is the link to the free 7 days diet course. Hope that this helps.
