what supplements should i be using in my weight training program to get the biggest gains?
i just started a weight lifting program and want to loss weight gain muscle mass and gain energy, strength,endurance, and pump. i am 48 years old and want quick results. what supplements should i be using in combination to make the quickest gains?

My own advice would be that you get professional help from a dietitian. Even taking over-the-counter and easily available vitamins and supplements can cause you harm or, at least, failed to give you the results that you need. I know someone that is a semi-professional rugby player and he takes advice from a highly qualified, professional, a coach.
