What is your fav tea/drink for weight loss diet?
I am curious what other teas/drinks can help weight loss/ detox, along with or instead of green tea. Do you have any good recipe? I just like the ones made from plants/bark, that I can brew myself, and eventually taste good.

There is no tea that offers a magic weight loss solution without compromising your health. Most herbal teas and tea itself (green tea, black tea, oolong tea, white tea, etc.) are healthy and are not going to hurt your attempts to lose weight — they are calorie free and good for overall health. And there’s a chance they may provide a very small boost to the metabolism, although the science on this is uncertain.
But it’s generally good to avoid teas and herbal teas marketed as a weight loss product. Why? Some of these contain laxatives or other herbs that disrupt your digestive system and throw your body out of balance. While this can make you lose weight, it is NOT SAFE. Another reason to avoid these teas is that companies that sell tea as a weight loss product tend to sell low-quality tea at jacked-up prices.
For Detox? Again…you don’t need to drink "detox teas" — most herbal mixtures sold for this purpose are a rip off, they either have no effect or may even be slightly harmful. The proper way to detox is to keep your body in balance: make sure you’re drinking adequate water, getting some aerobic exercise every day, but not overdoing it, and resting and keeping your stress level low. This is the only safe way to detox: the body’s systems will clear themselves when you’re in balance and your stress level is low.
The only healthy way to lose weight is to be active and eat a well-balanced diet. Avoid processed foods and make sure you’re getting enough healthy fats! And if you’re going to drink tea, I recommend drinking high-quality loose-leaf tea sold for flavor, not as a weight loss product. And drink it unsweetened!
Good luck!

The best drink is water to loose water but it does not have any taste. The other very effective drink is black tea with lemon if you have around 3-4 times in a day you will lose around some weight without any exercise or diet control.

I drank slimming tea and it did not agree with me. My doctor said to make sure I drank green tea, because usually slimming teas contain extra herbs and plants that aren’t necessarily good for you. I found an article that explains the difference pretty well.

I love green tea and lots and lots of ice cold water after a workout!

Hi ,
We know…..we are all tired of all these weight loss programs that don’t work or promise the world and don’t deliver.
Remember, we didn’t gain it over night and we will not release overnight!
However, I personally found this program and company to be solid and the product are great!

My favorite is Special K protein powder. I like the kind you stir up in water yourself not the kind that’s already bottles. It has 5 grams of protein and 5 grams of fiber. It comes in pink lemonaid, strawberry kiwi or tea flavor.

As I have shared my favorite drink for my weight loss diet is green tea. If you want to drop those pounds off, switching to juices cannot help you because they contain sugar just like unhealthy soda. Green tea is the best option because it helps curb eating and drinking. It helps reduce weight by making you feel full so you will not eat too much. It keeps you hydrated which boosts your metabolism. It has thermogenic effect and oxidizes fat through its caffeine component.

If you want to Lose Fat – Stop the CONFUSION Right Now!
Hey ,
If you’ve ever spent even 2 minutes on the internet, it’s pretty clear that there is no shortage of weight loss, fat loss, and diet advice out in the world today.
In a way, this is kind of a good thing. If someone is motivated to lose weight and change the direction of their health, they’ve got a ton of wonderful information at their fingertips.
But, in a way, this is a very BAD thing as well, because based on what I’ve seen on a lot of weight loss and diet sites, the information is inaccurate, not scientifically based, and, in some cases, could even be detrimental to someone’s health.
That is usually where the confusion begins…and for some…the INSANITY!
If you’re not a nutrition and exercise expert yourself, how are you supposed to differentiate the good from the bad?
Well, I’ve got some pretty great news for you today. Not only have I found a great resource for you…jam packed with real, useful, accurate and easy to understand information…it also happens to be F*ree!
That’s right. The following 20 minute video I’m about to share with you contains a ton of great fat burning information you can put to use right away. Actually, I’ve even had some people tell me that by just using the principles contained in this video, they were able to easily lose their first 10 lbs. How great is that?
