  1. I am on my way to having a sexier and slimmer body. I use Caralluma Burn appetite suppressant. The main ingredient of this pills is caralluma fimbriata which is a plant used by tribal people in India to arrest the feeling of hunger. This not only stops the urge for food, it also injects energy to work for the whole day. According to the listings by Ministry of Health in India, Caralluma fimbriata plant take place in both vegetable category and famine food category. This is really effective, trust me.

  2. try 3 small meals a day. breakfast. lunch and dinner. small snacks. exercise 4 days a week. cut out meat and wheat. junk food, etc. eat lots of fruits and vegetables. captain crunch has alot of healthy snacks dont eat after 7 pm

  3. I started with AdvoCare love it I have lost 14lbs (haven’t exercised as of yet) in about 2 months.

They offer many options depending on how fast you want to loose it
But the biggest seller for me was that it has vitamins and minerals also

  4. Limit your intake to 1200 -1600 calories a day, no more that 40 grams of carbs a day, and walk 30 minutes and the weight will drop off, and it will be a healthy solution.
You did not put the weight on overnight and there’s not ONE pill that will take it off.

get out there and start walking and watch what you eat and you’ll drop weight off..SENSIBLY!

    Good luck!

  5. go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food
after 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on
your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If
you don’t eat wheat then you don’t eat all those sticky, fatty goey
cakes, you don’t eat junk food, and you don’t eat biscuits. But your
diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to
calculate points or to buy special meals or plans.
