What is the best exercise for weight loss?

I normally exercise between 4 and 5 times a week. I normally jog between 6k-7k or do an hour swimming but I am not seeing the results that I would like. I have a healthy diet so do Im not sure where Im going wrong. Am I doing the wrong exercise? I've heard of interval training, is this better for weight loss? Thanks

  3. Walking (Not Jogging or Running but Walking) a couple of times a day

  4. do it in sweet pant and sweet shirt and manybe even another jacket, you’ll weight fast, works for wrestlers

    Also to the first answer, how the hell does breathing help.

  7. Interval training might help. You probably need to do higher intensity cardio and perhaps cut your calorie intake some. Maybe consult a personal trainer? Good luck!

    1. Some parts of body have fat stored in them – do some exercises which help you to lose fat from those parts
    2. follow a strict balanced diet plan
    3. meditate do some yoga
    4. take adequate rest

  10. u r doing fine. your food nust be less carbo, high in protein and fiber. eat more vege/fruits.

  12. Because you already do plenty of exercise you are reaching a plateu on your weight. Your body is already used to your exercise and won’t budge any further. Add weight training so that your metabolism grows. Interval training is definitely the thing because it adds to the aerobic exercise the muscle growth of weight training.

    In my experience however, exercise only goes so far. Reducing calorie intake is what works…
