What foods should I eat to loose weight??

I want to loose weight and I want to be toned
I exercise about an hour and a half a day, but still have f.u.c.k.i.n.g love handles I don't know what to do I'm thinking of taking weight loss supplement!! I know they are not the best thing to take but I'm getting desperate I don't know what to do

  3. I’d stay away from really processed foods, and make sure u eat fruits and veggies. and don’t forget about protein. before u do something super active eat carbs. but mostly don’t go to mcd’s a lot and stuff like that. :)

  4. eat low fat meals, portion control, vegetables, fruites, fire, and lots of water. Keep up the cardio 1 hour a day and do some crunches for the both the front and sides of ur stomach

  5. I do not appreciate your useage of the "f" word here!!! But I will answer your question. To reduce your love handles, do this exercise: Stand like a ballet dancer, with one hand over your head. With the other hand, stretch the hand as far past your knee as you can. Start with 20 reps on each side. Do sit-ups and leg-ups and stretching exercises. You should only exercise for an hour per day! Here is another love handle exercise: Place your hands on your waist just above your handles, then bend to the back and side at the same time. Do twenty reps on each side. This is the best advice I can give you.

  6. OK its good that your working out but you also have to eat right! I have to say drinking a lot of water helps. Also, do crunches! Now lets talk about the way you eat. Here is an example; Breakfast- A bowl of Kashi cereal with 2 percent milk(or an egg-white omelet with Feta cheese)and a latte made with 2 percent milk.Lunch-Grilled Chicken Caesar salad with 1 tablespoon of reduced fat dressing (or grilled ahi tuna salad with balsamic vinaigrette dressing) Dinner- Tuna steak grilled vegetables and couscous. You can also have Sushi. For a snack you can have mixed nuts. Pilate’s and swimming also works! You can do arm exercises. Do the butterfly and stuff like that. Take it very seriously! Good luck!
