What are your favorite weight loss tips?

What weight loss tips or secrets do you have??
hey umm #1 I am 14 and can't drink achol-----btw I only need to lose 5-10 pounds

  1. You need to cut sugar completely from your diet. Don’t add sugar to anything. Don’t eat anything that is naturally high in sugar like fruit and fruit juice, corn etc. Drink only bottled water. Eat very low or no-fat food. Don’t eat late at night. Eat lots of veggies and drink veggie drinks (eg. V8) whenever you are hungry. Eat chicken breast for protein. DON’T STARVE YOURSELF.
    As far as exercise is concerned, walking long distances is a good start. Find a sport that you like and stick with it.

    dont eat any crap- micky d’s burger king etc…..
    " you are what you eat"

    drink lots of water

Have you watched paul mckenna, he says eat slowly and concentrate on the food and chew about 30 times until its liquid, drink about 1-2 liter of water every day to get rid of toxins inside and if you craving for junk food just drink lots of water or fruit. Plus exercise until you’re breathless.

  5. Walk a lot and don’t eat bad food or sit in front of the tv all day.
