no i am not overweight, i am perfectly NORMAL, that is the problem. i weight 110 and i am 14 and that may seem ok but not for me since i am training to be a professional dancer. i dance 3 hours everyday. except sunday, and believe me, its not that easy AT ALL. so dont go on telling me i am normal, because it wont help, but thanks for the answers anyways! first one who answer my question and actually helps me lose some weight gets ten points! what other formulas or diet stuff can i like drink to lose weight?
my family is all into organics, and there is not one teeny bag of junk food in our house. we don't eat white bread, i eat nonfat yogurt, 1% fat milk, and all the food my mom cooks is like Mediterranean and all that. we get our food only at organic stores not like at albertsons and food4less and smiths and vons and etc. whatever.

They are supposed to suppress your appetite and help speed up your metabolism. However, all the pills say on them you will lose weight if combined with diet and exercise. So I would say they don’t work all you need to do is diet and exercise.

Overweight? Join the club. About 55% of the American population is overweight or obese. It is a product of a culture successful in providing the basics (and more) of life. Popular culture is obsessed with excess, success, and appearance, especially weight. But in a more real context, overweight is not a matter of cultural success or vanity, it is a health risk. It has absolutely all of the qualities of a disease. If you had an infection, you would treat it — you would feel better and avoid worse problems that might occur if the infection got out of hand. The treatment of excess body weight does not have a simple solution like an antibiotic pill, but it is no less an illness, and also requires successful therapy to avoid long term consequences. It is a chronic illness (and not a popular one!) that has long -term consequences and requires long-term solutions. It can have a very satisfactory outcome.

Weight loss pills don’t work. They do not make you full or eat less. They make your heart rate go up which is not good.
He is your diet plan:
No junk food, no chips, no cookies, no fast food, no second helpings of dinner. Drink lots of water and take a 30 minutes walk every day.

They are extremely bad for you most of the time – in many cases it gives you violent diarrhea and causes you to vomit alot.
I wouldn’t recomend taking them if thats what you are considdering.
Hope I helped =)

Ask your doctor for phentermine. It is the diet pill that I use, and it VERY much suppresses my appetite. I never feel hungry at all. You will still need to eat however, and it is for short term use (30 days or so). For me, it works. I have lost 10 lbs this month.

EDIT: Re: becoming a professional dancer, I know dance teachers expect professionals to be stick thin, but the truth is you are probably beautiful and healthy and perfect as it is. Screw them. What will blow judges away is your technique and ability to express yourself, not any sort of borderline anorexia. And without food (or if you are too skinny and unhealthy and shaky), you won’t be able to focus on either.

No they dont work. If you want to eat less then eat fiber and whole grains at breakfast lunch and dinner. They fill you up and keep you fuller longer. Stay away from enriched flour, sugar, and high fructose corn syrup as it will go staight to fat. Also saturated fat is VERY bad for you.

Do any kind of hard work or exercise. I do Martial arts and it never let my weight get overwhelm. So I would suggest you to join either Indian Yoga, Martial Arts join Jim. And yes don’t forget to take hot water in daily food too with Lemon.

yes they take away your hungry drive and some have diuretics as well but i wouldnt recommend them….once i try them my potasium got so lower i almost faint and i broke 3 porcelain pieces all in the first 20 minutes i took the pill….surely natural ways to fill an empty stomach are better like drinking a glass of water before meals or natural herb pills from algae…seaweed

Enrgy & Appetite Control is easier said than done.
Consider this:
Weight maintenance and weight loss are just simple mathematics.
Eat less and you reduce calories.
Reduce calories and you will lose weight.
Add exercise and speed up the process.
But not so fast!
The difficult part is actually maintaining your enrgy while reducing our dependence on certain comfort foods.
You may have tried fad diets, cleansing and fasting, pills and a hundred other ideas to try and lose those unwanted pounds around your midsection.
But ultimately they all fail.
You end up enrgy-deprived, lethargic, starving for real food.
And let’s face it – stress, age, poor diet, excess weight, and, well, just plain life can slow you down. And without the enrgy you need each day to keep yourself moving …your work, social life, and self-esteem can all suffer.
So what now?
What if you really could take control of your body by finally controlling your enrgy and your appetite…starting right now?
Introducing GBG enRgy,
eneRgy includes a full spectrum of essential and trace minerals, Vitamin B-6, plus the energizing “feel-good” benefits of GBG’s proprietary Jet-Black Dutched Cocoa Blend.
This special “cocoa cocktail” is chock-full of remarkable natural compounds.
