I currently weigh 215 pounds and I'm 28 years old. I just started exercise (walking 30 min. a day) this week. I know it's too soon to see results but I'm wondering if there's something I can take to jump start my metabolism. I haven't exercised in a while. I gained 50 pounds over the last 3 years. I was not always this big so I feel like my body has slowed down significantly. I want to lose weight the right way and I don't want to take pills that are bad for me. Any recommendations would be helpful.

Diet pills are never good. Cut the salt, sugar and fats and exercise and drink lots of water.
I have heard of an herbal tea that helps with metabolism. I would visit a health food store and inquire of something that is better for you to use like a tea then diet pills. diet pills are addicting. Make an appointment with a dietician and join a health club to help motivate you. Have you tried weight watchers? People fall back on diets because they cut out things like desserts. If you go on Weight Watchers plan you never cut the dessert. Everything is counted out for you in each meal for your calorie intake. That is what I heard. I’ve never tried it. Good luck.

There is a book on the market called Eating Right 4 Your Blood Type – it is a nutritional plan that is very effective and doesn’t require you to shop at any special food stores. It teaches you foods to avoid for your blood type so that you’re not actually toxifying your body. It is a great plan and has been very healthy even if you weren’t wanting to lose weight.

Diet pills are never safe.
If you wanna lose weight, you should exercise and eat healthy food. This way, you’ll lose weight and stay healthy. I read somewhere that the best time to exercise is 5 am in the morning.

I’ve been trying Relacore for the last week. I haven’t really seen any changes but then again, I haven’t exactly been dieting or excersicing all that much. It’s supposed ot help with stress related fatness. If I don’t lose weight, at least I’m feeling great thanks to these pills due to the stress reduction. Let me know how this turns out.

Here’s some tips: Drink more water, increase your fiber intake, start supplementing your diet with Omega-3, 6 and 9 fatty acids, do anaerobic as well as aerobic exercises, and keep your stress levels down (cortisol).

That’s a great question…but that is up to you and how your body works. I have found that taking diet pills or metabolism boosters that others claim are good, haven’t always worked for me. You will, of course, want to see if you have a reaction to any of the ingredients. I would go to a place like GNC or another health store..They have specialists to assist you with the right choices in vitamins and such.

weight pills are just not good for you, they speed up your heart, just eat right, not a diet, those do not work, you need to talk to your doctor, he or she can get you on the right track to losing weight.
