what are some easy and healthy ways for long term weight loss?
im not looking for fad diets and im not looking for just diet and exercisse im looking for some ideas on how to make dieting more enjoyable like fun recipies or fun work out

Eat a variety of foods, colorful foods. Like fruits and vegetables that are in season. Exercise 3 times a week.

i modified what i ate..and lost about 40lbs in like 4 months…. all i did was ate on small plates. cut out unecessary carbs, lots of proteins and veggies. i only "ran" like 20-30 min a day..like 3 times a week…i would life weights once in while..and that did it for me. simple changes..also i threw in ab exercises in there too. i found out for me..winter was the best time to diet..lots of soups and salads..mmm soups hehe. good luck! mine was like a modified atkins diet..worked wonders for me! if you keep it going uu’ll keep it off..unfortunately i didnt and gained about 15 lbs back.

Weight watchers points plan. It works because it teaches you to eat healthier and teaches portion control.
I have lost 28 pounds since Aug!!!!
Also work out at least 3 times a week. Mix up your routine.
If you have a bad day and eat too much!!! Start fresh the next day, don’t keep thinking about the one day you messed up!!!!

Weight Watchers. Seriously, they are not a fad diet. They give you the tools you need to know to make a lifestyle change. Check out their website or attend a meeting near you. I learned a lot when I used to go to the meetings. Best wishes and good luck!
