Weight Loss/Diet Question?
How much weight will I lose?!?
I'm 19. 5'4". 135 lbs. I've started a new diet which consists of ONLY fruit, vegetables, brown rice, green tea, and water. No dressings, or salt or pepper, or little extras. No cheats or snacks or anything. No potatoes or grapes or bananas, too. I'm exercising daily. How much weight do you expect me to lose in two months?

People who want to lose weight commonly, and first of all, think about reducing the amount of food they eat. This may be quite a solution but not exactly the best there is. In fact, depending on the amount you reduce in your food intake, it may even be dangerous to one’s health. So how does one lose weight effectively and safely? Here are some points one should consider when trying to lose weight:for more info…http://onlinecarez.blogspot.com/

You may lose some weight on this diet, but I bet you will gain it all back in a relatively short amount of time.
Try this diet…eat 4 400 calorie meals per day, a total of 1600 calories.
Include your fruit, veggies, your green tea, water, brown rice and add a little chicken, turkey and fish. Don’t eat anything fried and don’t drink soft drinks. Have a piece of chocolate in your diet or a piece of hard candy once in awhile to reward yourself. Include them in your calorie count.
If you put yourself on such a harsh diet like the one you want to go on, you won’t lose the weight and keep it off.
I know. I’ve tried them all and too much of a low calorie diet will slow down your metabolism and it will be even harder to lose the weight you want to lose.
