weight loss/diet question?

i really dont like the idea of fad diets...im 15 im a guy and i need to eat A LOT.

If i ignore portion size and what time i eat at but eat all healthy foods throughout the day can i still lose weight?

im not fat at all i just want to drop some bodyfat to get abs

also i lift weights 3 times a week (no cardio)

  1. the answer for your 1st question is No…you have to do cardio…portion control and timing of meals really pays off in the long run
