The number one effective ingredient in all weight loss supplements is caffeine. It is proven to increase metabolism, up your energy, and liberate fat cells to increase your capacity to utilize them as energy. After that, they are just filled with other ingredients which you will find hardly offer any benefit or do not even have any reputable studies behind them. I suggest drinking some caffeine, either coffee or green tea (which offers small benefits with EGCG). You have plenty of time to meet your goal, as long as you do it in a healthy manner.

Im not one to talk, but if you do something like that there are many risks. The best way is to do it naturally and so it will be easier to keep it off.
