Weight loss question????
I've just recently started my own little weight loss plan. I'm eating healthy, three meals a day and running through the woods about 45 minutes each day. I've been on a lot of websites talking about weight loss but they all seem to be for people looking to loose a significant amount of weight, like 100 pounds or more. I'm really only wanting to loose around 20-25 pounds. My question is, is it harder to loose weight when your not technically overweight to start out with? I'm not super skinny or anything, I'm a little pudgy but according to my bmi I'm at a healthy weight. If I lost 20-25 pounds I would still be at a healthy weight, I would just look better! About how long would it take? Any personal stories would great!

Pay attention to the calories that you are taking in everyday, you must burn more calories than you take in to really lose weight. This Acai berry guy is a scam I am pretty sure. All berries are good for you and full of antioxydents but the price that you are going to pay for that stuff is a little redic. Your exercise plan is good, making a life change and not just dieting until you lose the weight and then falling into old habbits is the way to go. You can do it. If the running get boring find something else that you enjoy doing.

It’s true that losing weight can be frustrating – hence the appeal of programs that promise easy weight loss. But all too often, plans to lead the way not only by the recovery of lost pounds, but by taking extra kilos. This phenomenon is explained by the fact that a weight loss safe, effective and – most importantly – a weight loss long term requires two main components:Refer here for more:

Just keep exercising and cut back on what you eat. Most people don’t stick to diet plans cause the food is gross but keep eating the stuff you do but just cut back a little. AND drink plenty of water. Water will help keep you feeling full without the added calories.

i was a high level kichboxer in my teens and when i stopped to go to college i put on 15 kilos
i am 105 kilo at 1m85. it took me 6 months to lose 10 kilos.i need another 6 months to reach 95 kilos ..my lean weight.i train 1hr weight lifting and 1hr cardio..30 minutes kickboxing training
the intensity of your work out and the type of diet you are having will detemine in how much time you will burn these excess kilo.
i advised you to see a dietitian or a doctor because its not vey safe to have drastic diets.sometimes the internet can be misleading.
you can do yoga or taibo.the best sport is swimming.its good to have a check up at a doctor to see whether you have heart problems or not.and he can advise on the intensity of work out you can do.its hard to tell in how much time you will lose 20-25 pounds..becoz i dont know ur height weight and your diet.but i think 7 months is resonable
