weight loss jean size 7 to 5?

Okay right now I am a size 7, and some jeans are 9s just depending on the jean brands. I wanna be a size 5, but I am stuck. I recently gained 5 pound over christmas, which made me go to 145 but I have lost and now am 141.8 in about 1-3 weeks. I have been reducing my exercise...I went for an hour walk the other day because it was nice outside, but now its cold allover again.
I currently take in about 600-1200 caloreis a day. It varies depending on what I eat. Yesterday was about 900 or more.
How many calories do you burn on average in one day? I want to find the exact amount I burn. What are those things called that actaully calculate your calorie burn?
How can I get into a size 5 jeans by June and get rid of flab? I need to lose to 130lbs. How can I do it? I eat tons of veggies, but I do eat cookies. Well, this morning my mom made cookies. I had about 10 of them. Notreally because I only picked out the little peanut butter chips and threw the rest out. It keeps me from eating too many.
What exactly does vinegar do? I've been drinking about a T every morning and it seems to be curving my cravings.
What can I do? I'm stuck and have tried tons of diets, especially weight watchers. (which i gained with)

Bikram Yoga! I am 5′2 and weigh 117. I use to be almot 150. I do Bikram Yoga twice a week and do the treadmill for an hour once a week and eat like a pig. Good luck.

Calories is a big topic when it comes to weight loss. We need to understand 3 definitions: the amount of calories in our food, the amount of calories a specific activity expends each hour, and finally our own personal daily allowance of calories. The one method that clearly showed results for me was wu-yi tea, it can be viewed in the resource box underneath, they have a small number of free trials left, it was featured in Fox News and CNN. I shed 20 pounds, it clearly does produce success!

I eat like 2000 and if I eat any less than this I lose weight… if I ate what you eat I’d be DEAD in about 6 months. No joke. Stop this dieting crap and just accept yourself for who you are. Some people are naturally thin, some are bigger build. Portion control, genetics, will power, metabolism is all there is to what weight you maintain… no stupid diets. We are a nation obsessed with food/ body image/ diets- it’s sick.
