Weight Loss Help Anyone?
Has anyone had a personal experience with a weight loss supplement, medication, etc. that helped them lose weight/fat fast and effectively? I have done the right thing and dieted and excersised. I lost 20 pounds and I have been continuing my same routine for over a month now and no weight changes anymore. I even increased my workout routine and still maintain my healthy eating and my body still doesen't want to lose anything, my fat is stubborn! So PLEASE share and tell me how I can purchase this item, Thanks so much!

Have you tried changing your diet slightly? I lost Nearly a stone and then had a plateau weight for several months despite increased exercise and healthy eating but i was eating similar meals.
Try completely different foods and make sure you have a good brekkie.
Im sure if you persevere that weight will soon start dropping!!!
Diet Pills etc usually only supress your appetite, which is great, but i eat more when im bored then when im hungry! I know many people who have tried them but not so many who have been sucessful.
If you do still want to purchase them, you can get them off ebay and places like that but look at the feed back (not the stuff they post on the sale thing) but the actual non-censored feedback. Also, check the ingredients and google them, look for reviews of the pills on the net before you buy them
Good Luck!

you have to change your routine to get out of the plateau. try spinning or kickboxing. pump iron if u r not doing it right now. the body gets used to routines and you need to shock it regularly.

the healthy way is without pills, supplements, medications.
best way to go is diet and exercise. If your fatty areas are stubborn, you have to change your exercise plan intensity level, because your body and muscles are so used to your normal workout routine, that its immune to any change.
Cardio – anaerobic cardio workout
Weights – low weight, high rep
also… losing weight is not the best. losing the FAT is. Muscle weighs more than fat.

Hi there
Your fat isn’t stubborn. Its intelligent. basically, your body has got used to what you were eating and how you were working out. Please don’t start looking for slimming pills to take because you have already lost weight the correct way.
My advice to you would be now to change it all up a bit and challenge your body with a new routine and I guarantee that you will start losing weight again.
Have a look at this and I hope it convinces you:

hi , i know the reason why ur not loosing weight its because if you go on the same routine for a long time ur body gets used to that routine so it wont loose weight but i know the solution : u should eat less than before and make a less calorie routine so for example before u ate 4 spoons of rice know u eat 2 spoons divide the amount into half and drink alot of water and exersice and make sure you dont eat patato and corn and good luck =)

From the looks of it you are doing what needs to be done but at some point and time your body adjusts to what you are doing and your efforts become stagnant. I worked with a lady who used something similar to the my suggestion and it worked for her in a months span. See if this will help with what you are attempting to do. http://pinurl.com/9w0
