Weight loss exercise/diet tips?
I know a lot about exercise and dieting to lose weight, but I was just wondering what everyone's favorite tips are, and what works best for them. Sort of so that I can just have all of the tips in the same place. Thanks!

Well, the typical, Salads without too much dressing, fruits…workouts, walking helps a lot, jogging helps even more, try mixing it with music and water and you’ve got a fit workout!
