Weight loss/ diet question?
Im 145 pounds and 5'5" and I have it so Im doing a bike machine for 25 minutes for 4 days then every four days move up five - ten more minutes with some ab and arm exercizes. I'm also planning on eating 1000 - 1500 calories a day. I want to be 125 pounds by the end of summer. Is it possible with this?

Well it is certainly possible with minor adjustments to that workout.
I would suggest you do not move up to more then 40 minutes (causes muscle loss)
Here is a workout that is more effective.
Warm Up 5 mins
Fast – 30 seconds
Slow -30 seconds (reduce to 15 seconds as your fitness increases)
Repeat the riding bike fast and slow for 30 minutes
Warm down – 5 mins
This way your metabolism will stay up much longer after the workout burning more calories for 6-8 hours AFTER the workout.
Hope this helps

I can only tell you what worked for me. I personally noticed results after I increased my consumption of monounsaturated fats (MUFA’s), which are found mainly in vegetable oils, olives, nuts and seeds, dark chocolate, avocados and some other plant foods. I also walk or bike for about one hour @ 5 times/week. From personal experience, I can tell you that it really makes a difference, especially around the belly. Good luck!

your calories are very low. I would try 1500 first then go from there. what type of exercise are you doing ?
any weight training? age?
what intensity? high heart rate?
are you just starting out?
