Weight loss diet? HOW PLEASE!!!?
Ok, so this is a little embarrassing, but i'm not going to care.
I'm 5' 3", and almost 130lbs. I'm a 14 yr. old male and struggling with weight loss. D=
[i'm trying to lose at least 10lbs. before i grow 2 more in. {lol} ]
I have a nice 'work out routine' but i need a diet regimen. Does anyone have some kind of diet plan?
Please, if you have any ideas, help =D

Try to do physical exercises DAILY!Eat lots of fruits and vegetable.Of course avoid to eat too much of oily,salty and sugary foods.Say STOP chocolates,ice-creams,sweets,pastries,fizzy drinks,etc.Drink a lot of water and if possible eat much citrus fruits as they can help you to lose weight much quickly.Remember always to keep these habits as you may regain weight.Try to eat only when you`re hungry and do not eat an excess.THAT`S ALL I can tell you.Hope you`ll like or try to do these!

My cousin was having the same sort of question. She found this page on the internet that helped her with her preconcieved ideas of dieting. I don’t know if it is what you need but it something you might look into. It really has been quite the success for her.
