Diet and exercise worked for me. I lost 20 pounds in 4 months.
Before that, tried pills without results (except heart damage, that is), and the Special K diet without long term results (gained back 1.5 pounds for every pound lost).
Just changed my diet and exercise habits into healthy ones, and I lost weight and kept it off. Wish I had done this in the first place.
Well, the best thing to do is definitely not do the pills, fads or shakes. They’ll only help you lose weight for a short amount of time and you’ll gain it all back and then some after you stop.
The best thing to do is increase the amount of exercise you get and try to cut out junk foods – just cutting out pop helped my aunt to lose about 25 pounds. Every little thing helps Even if you just take the stairs at work or walk places that are somewhat close instead of driving.
i ate 2 meals per day; carrots for lunch and a small dinner. it’s all about eating fewer calories and ignoring hunger. you don’t even have to exercise much, just walk for 30 mins a day. the weight will melt off!
I know a couple of people who have tried this diet called the Apple Patch diet, said it works awesome if your not trying to lose huge amounts of weight. They lost on average between 15 and 40 lbs. The best part is its all-natural so its not dangerous like diet pills. The apple patch website if you wanna check it out is http://www.applepatchdiet.com/ap16179/index.html.
