  1. A vegetarian diet would help.

  2. weight loss? really does depend on your diet. Good thing you’re used to your diet, but are you counting calories? You will have to watch and count every calories to lose weight. Try not to take more than 2000 calories a day because what you wanna do is burn more calories than you intake per day to lose weight. This doesn’t mean starve yourself either, because it’ll lead to bigger health issue.

Just keep up the workout you been doing, and maybe increase it as your start losing weight…but mainly YOUR DIET. I see alot of people at the gym that workout 7 days a week, for years, and still look the same…because they eat the same and they workout the same….honestly…it’s how u eat.

if you want a really good detailed diet/workout plan, I can get more into details and set one up for you. just email me at sereyk@yahoo.com

  3. Any exercise routine will cause you to increase muscle mass over a period of time, and tend to make you weigh the same for a period of time, sometimes not. People think because they exercise they’re not losing weight, but in reality you’re replacing fat with muscle. Muscle does weigh more than fat. I also would consider, changing your diet to a more organic type or diet and eating foods with less fat content. I started eating lots of organic foods in december of 06, weighing 210 lbs. I went down to 187 with a little bit of exercising, and just eating that stuff. Doctors say processed foods contain more fat, and also make you want to eat more of it, plus contain concinogens which cause cancer. They also say more organic foods and less fat can decrease your chance of cancer by 1600% of coures that sounds like an odd number but doctors are weird. So try out a health food store or even walmart they’re starting to carry more organic unprocessed meats, or even try your local butcher shop if you want to eat steaks etc.

  4. I knew in both a well-educated and intuitive sense the diet that I needed, wanted, and believed in, but it hadn’t quite jelled in my mind until I saw it in The Fat Resistance Diet (Broadway Books, 2005), by Leo Galland, M.D. As soon as I did I knew it was for me and my family, not just for weight loss, but for life. I am very partial to the work of Dr. Galland, as he is dedicated to the leading edge science of healthy nutrition and holistic healing, and his other books have become bibles in my family. This one will be, too. I began the diet the day after I saw the book, and I am here to herald it far and wide as a disease-fighting diet that can bring vibrant health. Here is why:
