I need a 20lb weight loss diet.?
diet and excercise, yes I know, read countless books, was body building at one time.....but.....I spent 3 years on an online game, put my body overweight by 20lbs(which is a blessing with no excercise and all fast food)
I'm looking for the diet part. I want prepared meals I can buy....not cooking anything or spending more than 2 min on it.
Weight watchers, healthy choice, lean cuisine, online meals or are there others that are better?
Fast weight gain on a weight loss diet, why?
Last week I lost 6.2 lbs. This week without much change in food consumed (I do keep a Weight Watchers journal) I gained back all the weight @ 1-2 lbs per day. So far I've lost 72 lbs but have come to a complete stop. I now ,because of the season have an increase in the amount of fresh fruit and vegetables that I'm eating but do not exceed my W/W points. I consume about 3-12 oz. cans of diet soda per day. I walk about 2.5 miles per day and use light weights to keep limber not to build muscle. This is so frustrating, I don't want the weight back. Whats up? Any ideas?

i am looking to lose weight in a healthy way. however, with weightwatchers my doctor said it wasn't supplying me with enough calories. she told me that @ 16, for my height, 5'9, i should be taking in 1600 calories per day. weight watchers is only supplying me with a little under 1200. its obviously not healthy. so, what should i do as far as diet goes and as far as exercise goes? if i burned 600 calories 6x per week would i lose weight? should i eat, 3 meals and 3 snacks per day? i am so confused on how to go about this, i don't know what to do.

Hi, I'm about 5'2-5'3 and my weight is 146. I did my BMI and it says I'm overwieght for my age.
I am in my young teens so no Weight Watchers or Jenny Craig. I am NOT going to cut off a limb! Or do fasting because I know I'll gain it back, plus more! I just want to lose weight in a healthy way. Diet/Extersise plans would be a great help.
I will inform you again that I AM overwieght. I don't like it when people give me B.S. answers like "Odds are you are a skinny little stick who wants to be thinner. No that's not the case.

I've decided I'd like to lose ten or so pounds before summer comes, and I'm wondering if anyone has any tips or tricks or secrets I could use. I can't take weight loss pills, due to medications I take for epilepsy, and I can't afford any of those fad diets like LA Weight Loss (though I know from experience that plan really works well) or Weight Watchers. I exercise twice a day, once in the morning and once at night after dinner. Any tips or suggestions you might have would be greatly appreciated.

Okay right now I am a size 7, and some jeans are 9s just depending on the jean brands. I wanna be a size 5, but I am stuck. I recently gained 5 pound over christmas, which made me go to 145 but I have lost and now am 141.8 in about 1-3 weeks. I have been reducing my exercise...I went for an hour walk the other day because it was nice outside, but now its cold allover again.
I currently take in about 600-1200 caloreis a day. It varies depending on what I eat. Yesterday was about 900 or more.
How many calories do you burn on average in one day? I want to find the exact amount I burn. What are those things called that actaully calculate your calorie burn?
How can I get into a size 5 jeans by June and get rid of flab? I need to lose to 130lbs. How can I do it? I eat tons of veggies, but I do eat cookies. Well, this morning my mom made cookies. I had about 10 of them. Notreally because I only picked out the little peanut butter chips and threw the rest out. It keeps me from eating too many.
What exactly does vinegar do? I've been drinking about a T every morning and it seems to be curving my cravings.

nothing too elaborate like weight watchers or jenny craig. Just some healthy meal plans/guides of things to eat during the week that are low in fat and calories. Specifically, 1300 calorie plans would be good, and like I said nothing I have to pay for.
Best /fastest weight loss diet?
I need to lose about 50 pounds but I need to lose about 20 in a month. Does anyone have any advice for a quick start off diet that is not super unhealthy? I will go back on Weight Watchers after the first 20. I don't want to get sick and I am willing to excercise but at this point I can not do any harsh excercises due to medical conditions.. which I hope losing weight will help.
