If I exercise one hour everyday, and stick to a 1300 calorie diet…will eating fast food affect weight loss?
I am exercising every day and I am sticking to a 1300 calorie diet. If i eat at mcdonalds or tacobell maybe once a week, will it affect my weight loss? I am 145 LB, and an 18 year old female. The taco bell or mcdonalds will still be included in the 1300 calories.
Diet. What is all this about water weight loss when you first strat a diet.?
When you first start a diet you seem to lose pounds very quickly and then level off. What is water weight loss? why is the body so quick to get rid of this water when you diet? If the body does not need this water since it is getting rid of it so fast, why does it keep it in the first place?
Will sweating more(putting on heavy clothes)increase the ammt of weight loss with the ddr weight loss and diet
Ive just heard before that if you sweat you can lose more pounds, so saying if i played a game where im losing calories, if i put on heavier clothes would i increase weight loss? Just curious though i dont know if it makes any sense/

Hi.
From tomorrow I will be cutting out all refined sugars and white(bad) carbs. Basically eating lean meat, fish, vegetables and low sugar fruit. I eat a lot of sugar and bad carbs. I was wondering when I will start noticing the difference in my weight. I am a female weigh 8 stone 5lbs now and I am 5'4". I've gained unwanted pounds and wondered how long it would be before weight loss. I attend gym three times per week too
What is your fav tea/drink for weight loss diet?
I am curious what other teas/drinks can help weight loss/ detox, along with or instead of green tea. Do you have any good recipe? I just like the ones made from plants/bark, that I can brew myself,and eventually taste good.
