What foods should I eat to loose weight??
I want to loose weight and I want to be toned
I exercise about an hour and a half a day, but still have f.u.c.k.i.n.g love handles I don't know what to do I'm thinking of taking weight loss supplement!! I know they are not the best thing to take but I'm getting desperate I don't know what to do
Need that extra little boost to loose weight? Weight loss pills?
I'm getting very frustrated because I can NOT lose weight. I eat healthy and have cut down my food intake. I am trying to eat less but it is very hard for me to diet more than I am. I also exercise about 4-5x a week. I do about 30-50 min cardio and strength training.
So I am thinking of taking a weight loss supplement/fat burning pill just to help me lose some weight because right now I am not seeing results. (It has been 4 weeks)
Any suggestions?!! What has worked for you?
6-Month Weight Loss??
I have 6months to get into shape. I have a 6 month old daughter, and there are still some extra pounds left over from the pregnancy. I'd like to focus alot on my stomach, but also tone up all over. Is 6months a reasonable time frame to attain results? What types of work outs should I be doing-how often-how long? Any suggestions on how many calories I should be eating per day? And also should I be taking a weight loss supplement? I'm pretty clueless as you can tell....but I am so motivated! I just need to be set in the right direction!! PLEASE HELP ME!!! THANKS!
Dexedrine and weight loss
Has anyone ever taken dexedrine as a weight loss supplement? I am about 15 pounds over my desired weight and my doctor prescribed me dexedrine to take. It is a controlled substance and I am a little nervous about taking it. Has anyone ever taken it and experienced negative side effects? Thanks!
My doctor also told me to eat at or below 1200 calories a day, with only 3 serving of carbs (1 piece of bread=1 serving) and do cardio exercise 20 minutes every day. The medicine doesn't really make me jittery but I struggle to eat 1200 calories. I have to force my self to eat because I feel full all day long. I guess the medicine is doing its job but it makes me nervous because i really don't need to lose that much weight. I'm 5'10 and I weigh 165. I think it is slightly overweight.
Jesus- for what reason are you going to most of the questions i've asked to leave negative remarks about me? You are probably three times my age and your still incredibly immature. Go find a hobby that's more interesting that cutting me down. So what if I am alittle overweight? Go find something better to do.

Also, I don't want to spend money on that regular acai berry weight loss supplement(it's supposed to be a fraud) but I've seen plenty of acai berry juices in markets. 100% juice. Will that help?
How about other antioxidents? Which ones are the best?

Okay right now I am a size 7, and some jeans are 9s just depending on the jean brands. I wanna be a size 5, but I am stuck. I recently gained 5 pound over christmas, which made me go to 145 but I have lost and now am 141.8 in about 1-3 weeks. I have been reducing my exercise...I went for an hour walk the other day because it was nice outside, but now its cold allover again.
I currently take in about 600-1200 caloreis a day. It varies depending on what I eat. Yesterday was about 900 or more.
How many calories do you burn on average in one day? I want to find the exact amount I burn. What are those things called that actaully calculate your calorie burn?
How can I get into a size 5 jeans by June and get rid of flab? I need to lose to 130lbs. How can I do it? I eat tons of veggies, but I do eat cookies. Well, this morning my mom made cookies. I had about 10 of them. Notreally because I only picked out the little peanut butter chips and threw the rest out. It keeps me from eating too many.
What exactly does vinegar do? I've been drinking about a T every morning and it seems to be curving my cravings.

Isagenix Weight Loss Program?
I've struggled with my weight for a few years now. My piano teacher recently referred me to use Isagenix, ever since her daughter began using it as well.
I know about the different programs and products available, now I just need some questions answered from long term users.
1. If you get off Isagenix, how soon would you gain the weight back?
2. WIll you have to remain on the maintenance program for the rest of your life?
3. Has anyone used Isagenix for a period of time, stopped, and kept the weight off themselves?
4. Would you recommend Isagenix for people ages 17-20 (my age range)?
I'm worried about staying on Isagenix for the rest of my life. I've always been skeptical of these types of things, because you either gain the weight once you get off, or have to stay on the stuff to maintain. I want Isagenix to help me lose weight, but I don't want to deprive myself of foods I enjoy forever--nor do I want to use a type weight loss supplement forever as well. Any advice?
