Do Any of the Diet Pills actually help? Is 10 pounds a month a good weight loss goal?
Please only answer if you have done the dieting/weight loss thing and actually have something of value to say.
I am wanting to lose about 40 pounds over the next 4 months, meaning 10 pounds a month. Is this a reasonable goal?
Do any of those pills/products that are meant to assist in the weight loss process actually work? What were your experiences? Thanks!
Just want to add that I am including Diet and Exercise in my routine, I am just wondering about any added benefits to the weight loss pills/products

I've been overweight for my entire life, i was the heaviest baby my mom had. I'm now a teenager, and i am getting depressed because of this, i used to be okay with it but i keep thinking about going back to anorexia.
but i was thinking about going on the weight loss pill "alli" or anything else that anyone suggests. i just want to know if they're safe to take for me. I'm about 5' 4" and 180, its getting obnoxious.
So i just need to know if these weight loss pills will hurt me. Or any suggestions any one has.
Also, I have been on a diet for about a month or two, where i don't eat white flour or sugar, and I am a year round athlete. I row in the fall and spring and I am on winter track in the winter, in the summer i run four days a week.

I need to loose about 65 pounds. I can follow a healthy eating diet, and have the time and the equipment to work out for at least 1 1/2 hour. I just want to speed up the process with some natural weight loss pills. Okay i bought some weight loss pills from wal-mart there called Fiber weigh,there 100 percent all natural ingredients.The main ingredient is called gluccomannan. What is that? and can it harm your health? cause i know some weight loss pills can cause a heart attack or just speed your heart up anybody know? and has anybody ever taken this weight loss pill?
