weight loss/ diet n exercise???

i have attempted weight loss vigorously, i excercise a lot, and i eat i think pretty healthy. i've been doing this a week or 2, and i know there will not be any substancial difference, but my weight is going UP. i was wondering maybe im not doing the right exercises or eating the best foods. could anybody tell me what exercises will burn a lot of calories but wont leave me extremely drained or sweaty because i still have a lot of other work. (i currently do tae bo, yoga, and i run on a treadmill once every couple-3 days a mile and a half.) also, any foods that will get you full, but are not loaded w/ calories. right now i drink a glass or water/ orange juice for breakfast, turkey sandwich w/ sunchips and apples for lunch, and chicken soup/ small amount of meat w/ rice/ salad no dressing for dinner. also, just curious, but i was thinking for this period of time while i am working towards my goal, do body shapers really work? also tips for dressing to appear more slim? thanx!

Weight loss?

Im tryin to loose 45kilos as fast as i can without getting sick, I was wondering if i ate only vegtabels and fruit and only drank water and the occasional cup of tea, along with 30 minutes of excercise a day (treadmill) how long it would take to loose that amount of weight?? I have a 9 month old that wakes during the night and i dont go to bed untill 12 and he wakes me up at 8 so should i be going to bed earlier also, or is the part about sleep helping with weight loss a myth, i think id also be taking some sort of slimfast or something like that when i find the one that suites me.

Weight loss supplement?

I am 24 years old. 6'3, 240lbs. I hit the gym five days a week, running two miles on the treadmill, lifting weights, and usually swimming as well. I ride my bike two and from work, totalling 2.4 miles. I eat healthy, considering my budget, and do not eat sugars, white bread, high fructose corn syrup, etc. Yet I am trying to get down to 225 and cant seem to get there. Please someone help. Is there a supplement I can take that will help or a way to alter my workout. Let me know. Thanks.
I do have a small little gut that I could be rid of....hence the drop to 225 would be solid.

Should I use supplements to accelerate weight-loss?

I starting going to the gym to lose weight. I have been working out for 3 1/2 months, 5 days a week with a personal trainer. I do 20 mins of cardio everyday, expect for Fridays where I do 1 hr of cardio. I either do interval on the treadmill or use the step machine. I lift weights for the other days; back - mon, legs - tues, shoulder & arms - wed, circuit or total body - thurs... All in all I am firmer, but people are actually telling me that I am looking BIGGER. There has been very little changes inn the way my clothes fit. I do not diet but I am conscious of my eating and I eat at least 3 times a day. I used to lose weight faster. I am 35. Any advice?

I need help with weight loss diet and exercise!!!!?

I am a 24 year old male, 205 lbs. and 5' 7" tall. I would like to lose about 30 lbs. What is the fastest way to do this. I am willing to do what ever it takes (other than surgery). How much time should I spend on the treadmill or eliptical machine and weight training, and what should I be eating? I want to lose weight as fast as possible for my wedding in 2 months.

Do green tea supplements (mega-t) help you lose weight?

I'm 30f and a big girl 5'9 235. I AM trying to work out by walking the treadmill 45 mins 5 days a week. I'm just looking for a little help. I have asthma, arthritic knees, and diabetes and there is only so much physical activity I can do at this point. I know from personal exp. that most weight loss supplements are scams. But I've heard green tea is actually beneficial if you take enough of it. Does it work in the form of a pill, too?

i came up with an exercise plan for myself and i was wondering if this would be good for quick weight loss along with healthy low food intake.
after school go to the gym and run the treadmill for about 30 min, and then go swim for 30 min to an hour.

what are good weight loss and fittness programmes?

hey!! im looking for good weight loss and fittness programmes, Iv tried running on the treadmill for 40 min everyday but when i run on the road i feel totaly dead just after 15 min.
