Can weight/ muscle building supplements increase hair loss in men?
I feel bad because my brother at 20 years old says hes losing more and more hair even though he uses rogaine and nioxin shampoo that helps thicken thining hair. Something occured to me recently..he is avidly into weight lifting these days and takes all kinds of supplements, some of which may increase testosterone. Of course I've heard just weight lifting in itself increases testosterone too. Could this be a possible culprit to his hair loss? Thanks in advance

What is an effective weight loss supplement that wont interact with meds for low thyroid levels?
I take medicine because my thyroid levels are too low, I am looking for a weight loss supplement or something to help with my last 20 pounds to lose. If anyone has any good info it'd be great. Thanks in advance. And yes I have already gotten it cleared through my doctor as long as it doesn't have stimulants in it.
I do work out for an hour 5 days a week and eat healthy. I mix up the cardio and strength training, and no more than 1200 caolries a day
A good weight loss supplement for a 20 year old guy?
I am looking for a weight loss supplement that is readily available at a local store (Wal-Mart, Target, GNC etc...)..
It hasn't been easy finding a good one online, because so many of them seem like scams. So I am looking for suggestions.
I am currently 190 lbs 5'10 with excess fat around the center. I have started going to the gym 3-5 times a week, just looking for a nice booster.
Thanks in advance!
EDIT : I was looking at GNC Waterex and Total Lean Burn 60, yea/nay?!?
I am looking for a weight loss website that signed my sister up to that had membership to lots of others?
Hi, my sister once had a website that really helped her with weight loss.
When she joined it it gave her membership to lots of other sites to as part of the package but I can't remember the name of it and I really need to do something about my weight so I am looking for it, I can't ask her as she is away.
I think the name was Weight Loss Pass or something.
Thanks in advance for help!

What should I eat at around 6pm if I am on a weight-loss diet?
Hi,
Currently, I am on a weight-loss diet. I have already shaved off a couple of kgs. The main thing at the moment is what to eat late in the afternoon.
This is my normal eating diet:
Morning: 30-40g of Corn flakes with roughly 200ml of skimmed milk. I take this at work.
At around 1.30pm, after work: I eat whatever my mom provides, but I try to avoid grease, and stuff like pizzas, burgers. Its not the most healthy food tho, its mostly chicken, pasta, and oven prepared preserves, like breaded chicken, and breaded potatoes.
At around 4pm: A low fat yogurt(60 calories)
Then I go to the gym, and arrive home at roughly 7:30. What should I eat at that time? This has been troubling me for about 2 months plus. Normally I just have a piece of bread, or maybe some more Corn flakes, or some salad.. A friend of mine suggested that I should eat crab meat, accompanied with an appropriate dressing.
thanks in advance.
Edit: Im not on a weight loss program, I am doing it on my own
