can one hamburger ruin a good weight loss diet?
Some people would say I don't need to lose weight, I am 5'11 and weigh 167 pounds but I am trying to lose some extra baggage of fat on my stomach and chest area. I do ab workouts, run everyday and I bench press some. But his may be just a paranoid thought, but can one cheeseburger a month out of the mcdonald's menu ruin this hard work I've put in and bring back some fat? I've also decided to diet on less sugary drinks such as soda and gatorade, and have decided to drink more water. But sometimes I can't help myself and I want some fries or a burger. Is is still ok to eat greasy food once in a while? Keep in mind, I'm only 18 years old
Weight loss..diet..help?
Ok i really want to lose 10 pounds. Im 5'9 135 and used to be 125 and would fluctuate back and forth from 125-128..but now i'm up to 135 and hate it.
I have about 2 months and a couple of weeks. So far i consume 1,200-1,500 calories per day, exersize as often as i can, dance around a lot, but nothing seems to work.
Maybe i'm just impatient, but should i just crash diet? I did that before and lost like 12 pounds, but of course gained it back.
Please give tips and ideas on how to get rid of this weight and especially stomach/side fat!

6-Month Weight Loss??
I have 6months to get into shape. I have a 6 month old daughter, and there are still some extra pounds left over from the pregnancy. I'd like to focus alot on my stomach, but also tone up all over. Is 6months a reasonable time frame to attain results? What types of work outs should I be doing-how often-how long? Any suggestions on how many calories I should be eating per day? And also should I be taking a weight loss supplement? I'm pretty clueless as you can tell....but I am so motivated! I just need to be set in the right direction!! PLEASE HELP ME!!! THANKS!
Weight loss pills that are easy to swallow?
Hi, I need some effective and quick weight loss pills which are not the biggest sizes of pills.
Everytime I buy some there too difficult to swallow because there just so damn big and it feels like they get stuck in my throat and water or food wont get it unstuck.
I need some SMALL pills.
Anyone know any?
I can't crush them up before I take them because most pills need to get to your stomach before releasing out of the capsule its usually in.
Best weight loss plan for losing 35 pounds in 7 months?
My husband is getting deployed to Iraq and I think the best present I could give him (and for myself) would be to loose all the extra pounds and look like i did in high school. My target weight loss areas are thighs, butt, stomach. I have little motivation to work out I cant afford a gym and I work alot. It would motivate me to have a work out buddy but none of my friends even care about losing weight (when they should). HELP!

Hi I am 20 something petite women that stand at 140 and I need help right now!
I’m 40-35-40 I feel that it is to much for woman that is short like me I just had my last child and all this pop up. With my other 2 baby my weight was the same 120-125 but the breast was still big I feel like a cow but my husband say it ok(maybe he will not tell me ) but i know that I’m fat. I need help with an effect way to loss weight mainly in the stomach and breast . The hip and thigh just need to be tone (I guess )my dream body would be 36© 26- 36 at 115-120 what can I do help this matter. Question does any body think the weight loss tea would work in this matter

Protein supplements, losing weight and gaining muscle.?
I am trying to lose weight by going to the gym. I do a mixture of cardio and weight lifting.
I currently weight about 290 but my goal is 200. I am watching my calorie intake and going to the gym everyday. I am wondering if taking protein shakes or supplements will help with weight loss.

I want to loss weight in certain areas of my body.
My thighs, my "love handles", and my stomach.
Other than becoming anorexic and belimic how would I be able to lose this body fat?
You have to understand that I can't go out to a gym, I'm only 14 and my parents wouldn't pay for me. I do have a treadmil though in my room. Plus I can go with a diet, but what foods should I eat and not eat? How long would it be before I could notice changes? How much should I do in a day?

weight loss?
i am 5 ft and recently 110 pounds. I lost 5, but i haven't really noticed a difference. My problem areas are my stomach and sides, upper arms, and inner thighs. I hope that more weight loss will be the answer, but I also don't want to become flat chested (I am currently a 34B). What would be the best solution?
