Its only been 2 days but i just want to know about how long it usually takes.
I have been eating a small breakfast then a snack in the morning. When i get home i have some tuna and I walk/run 2 miles. Then i have a small dinner. I don't eat after 8pm. How does that sound? Also i only drink diet green tea and water.

Is this a healthy weight loss breakfast?
Every morning I take a small-medium appl, 1 medium banana and 1 full tablespoon (actual spoon, not measuring spoon) of Skippy super crunch peanut butter.
Now is this going to help me lose weight? Is it a good choice. It keeps me full through the day though.
I do eat lunch and dinner lol 1 snack
Is this a healthy diet and excersice plan for weight loss and toning?
I do 3 or 4 hours of cardio per week and pilates 3 hours a week. I also do abdominal work (3 hundered crunches 6 days a week). I eat eggs and toast for breakfast, an apple for a snack, a grilled chicken salad with light dressing for lunch, and 1/2 a grapefruit and either broccoli or squash for dinner. I do go out to eat on weekends and drink some beers on the weekends too. Is this diet and workout plan good enough to get me from 134 pounds to 115 pounds in a healthy way?
Any advice would be great because I am clueless!
How much weight will I lose if I continue this?
So I'm a high school freshman and I've noticed that my eating habits have changed. I don't eat breakfast, I'll eat lunch at school which consists of milk, fruit, meat, some kind of bread, and a vegetable. For dinner I'll eat something so small that you could call iit a snack, or maybe some kind of bowl of cereal. Could this cause major weight loss, healthy or not? p.s. I do get my protein for my growing body. I'm 15 and 5'2.
Healthy Meals That Fill You Up And Taste Good But Will Also Promote Weight Loss?
It's been about 4-5 weeks of eating healthy and exercising. I'm starting to get tired of salads for dinner and raw vegetables and fruits as a snack. It's even harder since I have not seen results and have not lost any weight. Can you offer a meal or two that tastes good, is filling and healthy that I can eat and so will my 14 year old son?
Whats the best post workout snack for weight loss?
I had 130 calories this morning (egg whites, 20 blueberries and 6 carrots) and i just got back from the gym, i burned 110 on the elliptical and 100 on the treadmill. What's the best weight loss snack that wont make me feel guilty after i eat it?
How is my weight loss plan?
I'm 14 years old, 5'3 and 141 lbs.
Diet: I usually eat four meals a day (breakfast, lunch, snack, and dinner) that add up to around 1300-1500 calories. (I'm a vegetarian so I eat a lot of soup, stir fried vegetables, and tofu. I try not to eat a lot of carbs, but pasta is my weakness.) Also, I drink about 8-10 cups of water a day (I don't know if this makes a difference, but I used to drink way less water).
Exercise: At least five days a week, I do 40 minutes cardio on my elliptical machine, 100 jumping jacks, 100 crunches, 25 reverse crunches, 50 bicycles, 25 lunges, 25 squats, and I do some light weight lifting. I stretch a lot throughout the day too.
I've been doing this for two weeks but I've only lost 1 lb. I want to lose 6 more pounds which will put me in the healthy weight range.
Any comments/suggestions?
