Do you have a weight loss/diet tip to share?
I saw on Ellen today about how celeb moms wear somethng like a girdle right after delivery. This helps to flatten out their stomach again. I am always struggling with keeping my stomach flat so i thought this was a cool idea. I've been wearing a corset all day and i can already see a difference. I wanna keep doing this for a long time in addition to what i was doing before. I think it'll really work! So that's my diet tip... we don't have to have celeb money to achieve the same results!

I am a busy young mom with 3 kids, ages 3, 2, and 4 months. I have gained a lot of weight in my pregnancies and would like to lose about 80 pounds. I want to lose it slowly and healthfully. I do not have the time or money to join a gym, and do not have the child care. Also, I can not afford to buy any exercise equipment or expensive pills/gadgets etc. What are some healthy diet plans that are vegetarian friendly, and what are good exercises for targeting belly fat. PS-I do not need to hear "eat less exercise more." I need specific routines and referrals to eating plans that work for my lifestyle. I also need to know what kind of exercises to do and when/how to do them, plus some healthy foods that will satisfy my sweet tooth. Thanks!

Good weight loss program/diet for my cat?
My cat is about 4-5 years old and was last weighed at 26 pounds, his weight could have gone up since then. I can't take him to the vet because I just don't have any money to spare right now. I am still really concerned about his health though. Are there any good weight loss programs/diets that I can put him on to get him healthy?
P.s. He has been fat for a while now.
e-diet weight loss plan worth the money?
i went onto e-diets.com and they recomeneded the e-diet weight loss plan. it is 4.50 per week and just wondering if anybody has or is using this plan. I wanted to know if it was worth the money and if the meal recipes were any good or not.

Are antioxidents a good weight loss aid? Why are they?
Also, I don't want to spend money on that regular acai berry weight loss supplement(it's supposed to be a fraud) but I've seen plenty of acai berry juices in markets. 100% juice. Will that help?
How about other antioxidents? Which ones are the best?

What do u think about this new weight loss book? Does it work?
I want to buy this book called "The Weight Loss Cure They Don't Want You to Know About" By Kevin Trudeau. What do u guys think if I should follow what this book is saying? Do u think that it will work? Or, is this all fake? If anyone has read this book please email me and let me know if it worth my money to try another diet. Or, if u have any other tip on weight loss for me I want to lose 50 to 60 pounds in about 2-3 months. Please help I need to lose all the baby weight and then some.
I work out everyday but I'm looking for a supplement for women for weight loss, any ideas?
I work out everyday and have about 1000 calories a day at max. But I'm looking for something to give me that extra push for weight loss. I've found a couple things and looked at the pros and cons. But most of the them say the same thing. I don't want to spend money on something that doesn't work. I get reviews of this works but with someone else theres no effects. And I don't want extreme caffeine that keeps me up at night. Any ideas??
Male Weight Loss/Diet?
I'm on 5'3 short for a guy, and around 150-165. I have a stocky build. I was wondering what things I can do to get to a lower weight. I know i need to eat right and things, but I'm in college, and money is sort of low, Most of time. I'm thinking of going to Atlethic Center, the college has, but I wouldn't no where to start. Or what to really do. I think I get the dreade Freshmen 15 last semester.
What things can I do to promote weight loss, what foods should I stop eating, what should I educate myslef on. What things to drink. etc etc, if you have any suggestion or tips, they would be very much welcomed.
I do smoke, but its occasional, I not addicated to it or anything, I've heard that smoking does help in preventing weight gain, Is that true?
