Is this an acceptable diet for quick weight loss?
I want to lose about 20 pounds before spring break.
I have no problem exercising (i just have to stick with it), my issue is food.
So my plan a temporary diet plan is:
2 slim fast shakes (breakfast and lunch), and a southbeach diet tv dinner thing (dinner)
of course after I lose weight, i will just maintain it but come off of this temporary diet.

what do you think of my raw food diet plan for weight loss?
7 am - breakfast - fruit salad
9 am - fruit
11 am - fruit
1 pm - fruit juice
3 pm - lunch - mashed fruit
5 pm - vegetable salad
7 pm - dinner - vegetable salad
one grapefruit after exercising.
exercise:
2 hours at the gym (weight lifting ab exercise)
1 (minimum) hour walking
15-30 minutes rope jumping
10-15 minutes up and down the stairs
3 litres of water
What do you think of this? Could I lose 3-4 kgs really fast? Like 7-10 days? I am not a big girl, I have 51 kgs and want to get down to 47-48. I have been on a weight loss protein diet for the past 5 weeks and one with a bit of carbs for the 6th one, but these last 3 kgs just won't come off ![]()
All Asian food diet help with weight loss?
Is it possible that if I switch my diet to all authentic Asian cuisine for lunch and dinner with a normal healthy breakfast that it could help me lose weight? It would be cutting out all dairy products and meat because I'm already a vegetarian.
Does this Weight Loss Diet Make sense? I HATE my belly?
I eat around 1200 cals/day. I start with Kashi GOLean cereal and a banana for breakfast. Then early afternoon I drink a Atkins (low-sugar, high protein) shake. Lunch typically is a sandwich made from Whole Grain-Low glycemic bread with about a teaspoon of reduced fat/calorie mayo and a ounce or so of low fat meat, plus a orange. Dinner usually is a South Beach entree plus another serving of veggies. Oh, i forgot I have a low sodium V8 often with lunch. Im 44 M, started five weeks ago at 233 lbs (I'm 5.8") not at 218. I'm determined to improve my health and looks. Also, most days I walk for half hour

Breakfest: 2 Freshly grilled chicken strips and microwaved potato and cucumber
Lunch: 2 Baked Cheetos--- Hate all other school food and don't like bring lunch lol

But yeah will this diet help me get in shape I skateboard a lot and it helps me stay in shape but i am still a little beefy so id like to drop it all.
Im a really picky eater but if you could suggest other substitutes Id appreciate.

Fast weight loss diet plan?
hey
i desperatly need to lose 5-10kg in 10 days
i know that it is unhealthy and difficult. but please help me out and dont give me negitive advice. Currently i am about 66kg and 5ft 10 tall girl, i am a australian size 8-10 dress. Though my thighs are quite muscualr and i dont like that. They are thick so i also would like help on that. Here goes
For breakfast:
Organic Yogurt 220 calories
Lunch: Large carrot sticks and a apple
Dinner: Vegetables (beans,carrots, broccali) and chicken (parmigana, schnitzle ect) I dont have any control over what dinner is , so i will eat minimal. If i dont have a choice it would be soup.
Snacks: Throughout day if i neeed!!!: More carrot sticks and a banana
Exercise: 1 hour a day (netball, dog walking, running,touch footy)
Please help me

my weight loss diet…is it good?
i got 2 weeks until prom...i fit my dress good but it could stand to be a little looser...im a size 6 right now but i want to loose a few pounds
i want to eat good and exercise everyday. we'res my diet
grapefruit and yogurt for breakfast
celery, peanut butter, raisins, and ricecakes for lunch
tuna and wheat thins for dinner [ no mayo ]
water, orang juice, and propel water are my only drinks
so basically i'm eating all of the food groups but are there some other things i can eat to help me out??
