Is this an acceptable diet for quick weight loss?
I want to lose about 20 pounds before spring break.
I have no problem exercising (i just have to stick with it), my issue is food.
So my plan a temporary diet plan is:
2 slim fast shakes (breakfast and lunch), and a southbeach diet tv dinner thing (dinner)
of course after I lose weight, i will just maintain it but come off of this temporary diet.
1st and 3nd answers: stop spamming. Thats so annoying.
What do you think of this diet given by dietician for quick weight loss for an event?

if u do it for two weeks you lose 15 pounds! do you believe in it? she told me she will give me another diet after the two weeks just to maintain in.

everyday for the past week or so i have been eating 2 bowls of frosted mini wheats for breakfast, 2 brownie clif bars, and a *hit load of baby carrots.(clif bar and carrots for lunch- same for dinner) is this healthy or should i add a multivitamin?
is it bad to eat a bag of baby carrots a day? sometimes i eat an orange.
breakfast- 2 bowls mini wheats. lunch- 1 clif brownie bar and a few carrots dinner- 1 clif brownie bar and a few carrots i snack on more carrots when i get hungry so i go through a bag of baby carrots a day about.
Hello, is anyone on the Quick Weight Loss Center Diet Plan?
If so, how do you space your meals or schedule your meals. I have breakfast, Mid A.M., Lunch, Mid P.M., Dinner and a snack. I'm having a hard time trying to figure out how to space my meals. Also, I don't get home until 6pm and they say do not eat after 6. But with my schedule that's kind of difficult. So any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks...

-2 eggs
-1/2 cup oatmeal w/ low-fat milk
-1 green tea
-4 broccolli
-1 leaf lettuce
Snack:
-7 strawberries
-6 baby carrots
Snack:
-6 broccoli
Lunch:
-1 chicken breast
-6 broccoli
Snack:
-1 green tea
Dinner:
-1 chicken breast
-6 broccoli
-1 leaf lettuce
10 glasses water

I think i am eating healthy, I just need to get a protein shake in there somewhere. (after workout). I am lacking in calories, what healthy food should I consume of that contains lots of calorie?

Does this sound like a good diet plan for quick weight loss?
I am trying to lose two dress sizes by the end of October. I stopped eating all meats, plus bread and pasta. No pop or junk food. I'm having a piece of fruit and glass of milk for breakfast, salad and water for lunch, and vegetable soup or whatever veggies my mom cooks with dinner for dinner. Does that sound like a good plan?
I know I should exercise, and I'm trying to get out and walk more, but I'm horrible at sticking with exercise programs.
Part of the reason I gave up meat is because I recently chose to become a vegetarian, so I won't be adding meat to my diet.
I'm taking the One a Day Weight Smart vitamins, too.
A good diet for weight loss?
I have been trying to eat really well lately and would like to know if this diet will help me loose weight or if i'm doing anything weong:
breakfast = oatmean with blueberries, rasberries and blackberries
at around 10am I have an apple and yogurt
for lunch I have one slice of whole wheat break with a slice of low fat cheese and tuna with letuce
and for my meal at around 6pm I eat salmon with peas or chicken and salad...
I have regular coffee, green tea and water throughout the day.
