where am i going wrong in my weight loss diet?

Iv been trying to loss weight now for around two months and not really much has changed.

I run 3-5 times a week between 3 - 4.5 miles or occasionally 7 miles each time (that around running a marathon a week sometimes)
If i feel a slight strain in my leg muscles on a day I walk instead or walk instead of driving.
I drink 3 pints of water before each meal, almost daily.
I have a three meals a day breakfast= 200-300 cal lunch= 500-700 cal evening meal= 500-800 cal
I have cut out alcohol the last 3 weeks and still nothing
I have a physically demanding job and on my feet for over 8 hours a day

Im 5 foot 11 and a wide build, I can run longer and faster than most people I know. I weight 107kg, My ideal weight is around 85-90kg,

what else should I be doing? I have lost almost nothing in this time. It not turning to muscle in my legs as I have always had muscle there and its not changing or growing

weight loss?

is it true if I have a high matabolism that I will loss weight faster? If so how can i speed up my metabolism to do this (I have tried all the diets and only need to loss 20 pounds and then I'll be my ideal weight) I can't run or do any other arobics because of a heart condition... I walk every day... about a mile and a half... if anyone can help me I would appreciate it.

What are three things to do with diet to lose weight?

I'm having a very hard time sticking to a weight loss diet. I get moderate exercise and drink only water and milk- no sugar or soda. What other three things can I do that are simple for me to follow that will help me loss weight. I have a very hard time sticking to complicated or lots of dos and don'ts. Thanks

good weight loss for women?

i am a mother of 2 and looking for a good weight loss supplement. I don't have the time to go to the gym. I am also on the birth control mirena and find myself gaining weight. I just had my 2nd child feb. 5th and finding it hard to loss weight. I don't eat to bad so any suggestions.
i don't eait that bad, rarley eat out or get take out, my husband doesall the cooking, he likes to grill or back food. I am not a big fan of veggies though I do eat alot of meat potatoes and corn. I don't drink much soda or juice( the only juice i do drink is 100%) I mainly drink milk or water
