Would this diet be considered good for weight loss?
I am trying to loose weight, and my new diet generally consists of water and green tea, one yogurt, a cup of vegetables cooked with olive oil, salt and pepper, 1/2 a cup of tuna, and two pieces of toast with jam. I have also started jogging 2 to 3 miles three times a week as well as using an exercise ball three times a week for toning.
Talking to my doc about prescription weight loss pills?
I am about to go in for my yearly "check up" at the doctor. I just turned 18 and I want to talk to my doc about possibly taking weight loss pills to help me loose weight. I'm not going to go into my diet/ exercise, etc. stuff here. I just want advice on how to bring it up with my doctor.
Thanks!
So does attitude really have a lot to do with weight loss?
I've been trying to loose weight for what seems like forever now and it's not going anywhere. I actually gained a lot of weight and I've been going back and fourth through what may be depression but there's no diagnosis for how I've been feeling. I'm really trying to be more positive. I just wondered if your attitude in general impacts your weight loss? Anyone know?
I need a fast weight loss diet plan?
i packed on a few more pounds than i would like over the winter, and now that summer is creeping up i need to loose it fast! once i reach my goal i will be able to maintain it the "healthy way" by eating right and exercise. i know that the "loose weight fast diets" are not healthy, but being overweight isn't either. So i would rather have a week or two of unhealthy than a lifetime. any help would be great
please no smart a@@ remarks.
i also wanted to add that i am 27 yrs old and a mother of 3 girls
also, i'm looking for more of a detox/weight loss diet rather than a body building plan. i am wanting to purify my system lol.
Weight loss question????
I've just recently started my own little weight loss plan. I'm eating healthy, three meals a day and running through the woods about 45 minutes each day. I've been on a lot of websites talking about weight loss but they all seem to be for people looking to loose a significant amount of weight, like 100 pounds or more. I'm really only wanting to loose around 20-25 pounds. My question is, is it harder to loose weight when your not technically overweight to start out with? I'm not super skinny or anything, I'm a little pudgy but according to my bmi I'm at a healthy weight. If I lost 20-25 pounds I would still be at a healthy weight, I would just look better! About how long would it take? Any personal stories would great!
Why are there so may misconseptions about weight loss and fitness in 2007?
There is so much good info out there. The truth is so simple. To be fit and close to ideal body weight you must eat healthy reasonable meals and get some sort of exercise a few times a week. Genetics does play are role and determines how close you have to watch you diet and how much exercise you need during the week to stay in shape. There are some medical conditions that will cause a person to be big or small but those are not the normal cause of weight issues in America today. You do not have to be on any special diet, or have some special work out video to loose weight. Diet pills can cause temporary movement in you weight but are not long term fixes and can have very negative effects. Like most things in this world if you have is some motivation, self discipline, and education on the issue then you have everything you need to be a success. You do not need to pay to clean you colon or for a bottle of pills. Why is this so hard to accept for may people.

Should I take weight loss pills?
I'm 17 and i don't excercise that much and have no interest in physical activites yet am relatively muscular. But I have a massive butt and my waist size is 38 even though i look like i should be a 34 just because of the size of my butt. Besides the obvious reasons for wanting to loose weight I want to be able to buy jeans and trousers that fit me as here in Ireland waist sizes seldom go to 38 at my leg length. So should I take weight loss supplements?
If so what ones? I dont have a massive budget.
And from anybodies experience how long does it take to notice a difference?
I weigh 14 stone or 88 kilograms. I would like to drop to 12 stone or 76 kilos.
Ok let me clarify my lifestyle. I go to a boarding school. I cannot make my own meals and my accomadation doesn't allow for the amount of space you would need for wii fit or gym equipment.
I don't mean to be rude but your not quite answering my question. Your telling me not to do this. But I will. I want to know what way I should do it.
Its the same as all those penis enlargement and breast enlargement questions where people don't help they just say you are fine as you are. Answer the question. Its the whole point of asking it.

Weight loss tips please?
I have been trying to loose weight for a couple weeks now, and I know I'm not going to see results immediately, I just want to know if there is anything I can do to speed it along. I work out everyday for 30mins, with Jillian's 30day shred video( from the biggest loser). I don't have alot of money so I can't afford all these low calorie foods plus I live with my fiance and his brother, so I can't shop just for myself, so I have been trying to cook with olive oil, and use less salt. I cut my portions in half, I drink water with my meals, and instead of potatoes or any other sides I'll have a salad. I try to have veggies, dairy, meet, and fruits everyday and have as little carbs possible. I have also replaced my morning coffee with green tea with no sugar. if anyone has any tips that will help me see results faster please help! Any advice is welcomed!
P.S. I'm not on any weight loss supplements, I was told most don't work.
the tea I am currently drinking is the wu-yi tea, and it dosent seem to be doing much, I drink it twice a day, like it says.
