no i am not overweight, i am perfectly NORMAL, that is the problem. i weight 110 and i am 14 and that may seem ok but not for me since i am training to be a professional dancer. i dance 3 hours everyday. except sunday, and believe me, its not that easy AT ALL. so dont go on telling me i am normal, because it wont help, but thanks for the answers anyways! first one who answer my question and actually helps me lose some weight gets ten points! what other formulas or diet stuff can i like drink to lose weight?
my family is all into organics, and there is not one teeny bag of junk food in our house. we don't eat white bread, i eat nonfat yogurt, 1% fat milk, and all the food my mom cooks is like Mediterranean and all that. we get our food only at organic stores not like at albertsons and food4less and smiths and vons and etc. whatever.
Does this sound like a good diet plan for quick weight loss?
I am trying to lose two dress sizes by the end of October. I stopped eating all meats, plus bread and pasta. No pop or junk food. I'm having a piece of fruit and glass of milk for breakfast, salad and water for lunch, and vegetable soup or whatever veggies my mom cooks with dinner for dinner. Does that sound like a good plan?
I know I should exercise, and I'm trying to get out and walk more, but I'm horrible at sticking with exercise programs.
Part of the reason I gave up meat is because I recently chose to become a vegetarian, so I won't be adding meat to my diet.
I'm taking the One a Day Weight Smart vitamins, too.
What to eliminate from diet for weight loss?
What should i eliminate out of my diet in order to lose the most weight. Any motivational tips?? I am 5ft6in 132lbs, I work out everyday and I havent noticed much weight loss due to my junk food addiction. Any suggestions? What did you do that worked?

My diet rules are:
- 1,200 calories maximum.
- 100 crunches a day.
- Exercise a few times a week.
- Little to no junk food.
- Lots of water.
- No eating after 6pm.
This is what I ate today:
- Iced coffee (1.5 tsp coffee, 2 packets Sweet n Low, 1/2 cup 2% milk) = 72cals.
- Oatmeal (1/2 cup rolled oats, 1 packet Sweet n Low, 1/2 tsp cinnamon) = 155cals.
- 1/2 grapefruit = 50cals.
- 100g fat-free yogurt = 35cals.
- 2 clementines = 70cals.
- 3/4 cup banana nut Cheerios = 120cals.
- 1 green bell pepper with 1 tbsp french dressing = 95cals.
- 2 tbsp peanut butter = 200cals.
- 1 slice of low-fat cheese = 40cals.
- 1 tin of tomato soup = 160cals.
- 1 stick of gum = 5cals.
= 1,002cals.
Is that okay?

FAST WEIGHT LOSS DIET!!?
I'm 14, 5'5" and 114 pound, I have huge hips and thighs. I wear a 3 or 2 in jeans, and a small in tops. I eat about 1200- 1500 calories a day and swim for at lest an hour, plus one hour cardio. I don't drink soda, or eat junk food, and even though I've been doing this for awhile and yet my thighs still flab and rub against each other, does any one have any ideas of how to tone up and bring my size down?

Hello everyone, in my short 19 years I have never had the luxury of being at a normal weight. Well I'm sure no one wants to here a sob story; I'll get straight to the point

If you are reading this I am sure that you know the basics of what I an going to ask, but I would greatly appreciate if you could also answer some other questions as well
. I am having an extremely hard time losing weight, I cannot seem to go a week without going straight back to the junk food that has been plaguing me for years. After experiencing increased back and chest pains I decided that it is time for me to lose weight, and of course my family practitioner agreed; his concern for my weight and pains in the chest made me very uneasy about my future
. I thought I could just go with my own flow and not bother reading up on articles since from what I seen, it is just someone trying to scam you for money :'(.
What I have been doing is working out for 40 minutes a day on specific body parts and the what not. I believe I got the training down pretty decently, I weight train and walk for at least an hour day, sometimes up to 3 hours if I'm "feeling" it ha ha. Now like a lot of men and women, I just can not stop eating.
I put myself on a regular diet, which I think is correct. 4-5 small meals a day consisting of little meat (trying to substitute nuts for meat as much as I can), an apple or a banana, some good ole pasta and a piece of whole grain bread. Then it hits me, that sudden urge for greasy food and other junk. Probably the worst combo I literally ALWAYS get, a large bag of chips, 1L of coke and cookies to boot.
I try not to starve myself since I'll just end up losing water weight? and muscle (I think I heard that right at least). I am 5'11 325lbs and desperate to lose at least 140lbs by maybe years end. Any help is appreciated, even the sarcastic ones that will give me a giggle ![]()
Am I doing the correct routine?
How can I stop these "urges" to eat?

Urgent Help: Weight Loss/Diet Question!!!!!!!?
I'm not really looking to ''lose weight'' - just get into shape/take off a tiny bit of fat I've gained. I used to be really active because I lived in a small town and rode my bike everywhere I needed to get (school, the library, friends' houses). Since my family moved into a more rural area 3 years ago and couldn't take my bike, all I've been doing for the past 2 years is sitting around, shoving junk food in my mouth.
I hardly ever eat junk food or soda at all anymore - I drink a lot of water. My diet now consists of lunch meat turkey & ham sandwiches, chocolate milk, ramen noodles and water. I'm not saying that's all I eat: it's just my meal on a regular basis.
What i want to know is if I keep up this diet, and do a few walking laps around my neighborhood everyday (we moved within the past year again) if I'll be able to get my skinny calves/flat stomach back?
Is the chocolate milk going to put a big dent in my effort/progress?
What other steps could I take?
(P.S. my family is set in their ways to eat junk food, so don't tell me to try to convince them to buy organic foods etc. because i'm pretty much on my own here, guys.)

Weight loss..diet..help?
Ok i really want to lose 10 pounds. Im 5'9 135 and used to be 125 and would fluctuate back and forth from 125-128..but now i'm up to 135 and hate it.
I have about 2 months and a couple of weeks. So far i consume 1,200-1,500 calories per day, exersize as often as i can, dance around a lot, but nothing seems to work.
Maybe i'm just impatient, but should i just crash diet? I did that before and lost like 12 pounds, but of course gained it back.
Please give tips and ideas on how to get rid of this weight and especially stomach/side fat!
