Is this a good weight loss plan?

so i'm 20 years old 5'9 ft, weight at 193, bmi at least 28%. So i'm overweight. So should i use the 1200 or 1500 calories a day meal diet? Also my goal will be to burn at least 500-700 calories just working out (video) and then maybe burn an extra 100-200 calories just by lifiting and running. So will this be a good healthy weight loss plan or a bad (unhealthy)weight loss plan or would i even loss weight? Thanks for looking at this post ladies and gents.

can you still eat any food to lose weight?

can you eat whatever you want (for example: spaghetti,pizza,tacos) but in a really small portion to lose weight?? i dont know what to eat thats heathy:( my mom made pasta with alfredo sauce and broccoli but i think its not healthy cuz of the white pasta and the sauce. is it healthy? i need some really healthy weight loss recipes plz help!

What’s the best way to lose weight if you don’t have a lot of time to get out to the gym or go running?

I have a very busy schedule and I don't have much time to go out to do exercise. I need stuff I can do at home, including suggestions for healthy/weight-loss snacks or drinks, that won't be too expensive or take up too much time. I know exercise involves time, but I can put in about 30 to 45 minutes a day possibly. (Also, I'm a female just to let you know).
I mainly just need diet ideas/suggestions and ways to boost my metabolism.
I'm looking to lose about 5 to 7 pounds in as little time as possible.

Sure fire ways to lose weight?

Its my birthday in just over a week.

I know that's not a lot of time to lose weight.

And I know it will be hard to lose anything in just over a week but doesn't anyone know of any quick ways to lose weight.

I want to start losing weight by my birthday.

Can someone please help me with my weight loss issue?

Okay, so i'm a teenage girl and i have body issues. I know you may think i'm just like every other girl..but i consider mine to be a major burden in my life. Let's just say that i used to go home after school when i was in 3rd grade to do tae bo. Nothing seemed to work until 2 and a half years ago when my parents noticed my problem as well. I went from 170 pounds down to 132 through healthy dieting and exercise. I was feeling great about myself until i entered high school, started look at the other girls, and realized i could be a lot thinner. Since then, the stresses of school and my social life have led me to go back up to 145. I can't seem to go back down now and have resorted to unhealthy methods. I have also since been to a therapist, but that hasnt worked either. I constantly look at other girls and have such a feeling of envy that i don't want to have anymore. I just want to be happy with myself. I don't want to hurt myself but losing this weight is the only thing i want right now..i just can't figure out why it's so hard. I know i can do it, i've done it before. But lately i've sunken into a depression due to family and friend issues which has caused me to resort to mt.dew, doritos, and snack cakes. I guess i'm aware that the only true answer to long term, healthy weight loss is diet and exercise, but i just can't seem to get back on the horse again. Can anybody offer any tips or motivating insight to help me finally feel good about myself?

What can I do to SPEED UP WEIGHT LOSS? Tips to follow? Please!!?

I'm on a healthy weight loss programme this upcoming June.
(No fasting or crash diets!!)

These are a few things I have researched on and will be incorporating in my plan:
(Use them too if you like!)

-Drink enough water (approx 8 glasses)

-Exercise in the morning after eating a portion of your breakfast

-Weight Training before Cardio workout

-4 small meals throughout the day

-Green Tea

-Enough Sleep

***HELP!!***
Please include any other tips that you think might be helpful. Any at all! I really need this to work. I want a healthier and fitter body!

Ways to increase weight loss by 0.3lbs a day?

Im on a diet and its quite well i have lost 17lbs so far. Over summer at a rate of 0.5lbs a day i would be in the normal BMI by the time school starts again, however over the past 3 days i have only 0.2lbs per day and i really need ways to increase this by 0.3 so im losin that 0.5lbs a day!
I dont want any comments about healthy weight loss! This is minor compared to the 1.3lbs i was loosing a day on holiday for 3 weeks!...

5lbs in a week weight loss?

OK, so I know 2lbs a week is supposed to be healthy weight loss, but i've lost 5lbs in a week so i'm worried i'm losing weight unealthily. I'm 17 5ft2 and was 140lbs, now 135. I haven't upped my exercise at all. Usually I eat something like this:
Breakfast: Weetabix, skimmed milk sultanas.
Snack: 2 Satsumas
Lunch: Prawn salad
Snack: Apple
Dinner: Jacket potato beans salad/ lasagne salad/ soup.

Is there anything i'm doing wrong? I really want this weight to stay off!!
