I have lost 20 pounds in five weeks, is that healthy?
I started out at 210 lbs, i'm 6'4", and 24 years old. I have cut my calories to 1500 - 1900 a day, plus I work out 5 times a week. Cardio three times & weight lifting twice. I know 1-3 pounds a week is okay, but it seems like this might be unhealthy. What are your opinions & what should I do if anything to make sure it is a healthy weight loss?

I feel fat a lot but idk - i have a very low self esteem haha. I definately have a more "mature" body shape than most of the girls my age ... i'm about 35" 24" 34". I don't have a lot of muscle or anything the only sport i play is softball but i walk a lot for exersize. Can you please tell me if i should try to lose weight/tips for healthy weight loss? Thanks!

i'm 17,and weigh at least 160 lbs. the way i look makes me feel insecure about myself, and i don't feel good enough for anyone. i want to know how i can lose at least 20 pounds. any simple ideas that i can do every day that will lead to healthy weight loss. i just want to feel confident in the way i look, and i'm willing to do anything.
What is healthy weight loss for me?
I'm 17, 5'9, and about 210 pounds. I am atleast 40 pounds overweight and I want to lose it fast. I see all over the internet that losing 1-2 pounds per week is healthy and will be easier to keep off. I'm assuming that is for adults considering that I can lose one pound after, like, an hour of running. What is a healthy weight loss rate for someone my age? Like, say If I were to aim to lose a pound a day would it be healthy and easy to keep off?
Also, I figure that when I do lose weight it will be somewhat easy to stay thin. I use to eat fast food almost everyday growing up and I was a horribly picky eater. I rarely ever eat stuff like Burger King and McDonalds anymore so I hopefully will be able to keep weight off much easier.
