i was wondering what the best weight loss//diet pill is.
like what is the best brand of pill to use
if i have a healthy diet but do not exercise that much.
i want 2 kno about a pill i can use solo 2 lose weight.
the most exercising i do are push ups and sit ups
i have tried extensive dieting but dont lose weight
my doctor said it is because of my anxiety medicine.

Need a healthy but good diet for weight loss?
my goal is to like 70 pounds in 90 days, i need a healthy diet tht wud help me put weight off but give me protiens and nutrients i need without starving my self. I will be working out too so dnt worry the weight loss is not completely dieting. so any idea wud really aprecciate it

For the past 6 weeks, i've been working out like a mad woman, daily for the most part. I mean i have missed a few days here and there but you know what I mean.
I've mostly been doing the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred dvd which includes a strength training/cardio combo...along with independent strength training, cardio, dancing and following a healthy diet
HOWEVER, my clothes have recently gotten tighter....and when I say recently I mean clothes that fit nicely 2 weeks ago are now VERY snug.....
Please tell me what's going on, I'm very depressed and very discourage at this point. I don't plan on giving up but I'm going back to school soon and I don't want to look swollen you know...I want my clothes to fit nicely and reflect my hard work over the summer

I want to make a Life-Style diet for a healthy diet.
I made a list of foods I'm willing to eat to live a healthy life & to lose weight.
I'm an average height, overweight 18 year-old male.
Will these foods help me lose weight?
DRINKS: water, tea, iced coffee
SPICES: cinnamon, hot sauce, oregano
BREAKFAST: eggs, oatmeal, Honey Bunches of Oats cereal w/ skim milk,
DINNER: whole wheat spaghetti, tuna, salad w/ spinach
SNACKS OTHER: vegetables, fruit, frozen fruit smoothies w/ yogurt, almonds
(should I buy Protein powder???)
I'm going to start eating only these foods and exercising by running, doing push-ups, sit-ups and some weight lifting.
Will this life-style help me lose weight and make me healthy?

liquid fasting/diet weight loss?
I already know it isn't that healthy, so don't tell me that, i am simply asking for some answers. so if you are against this, don't post an answer because this is my body and you don't make the ultimate decision. how ever my question is how much weight can i lose on a 30 liquid fast? I have already lost 20 pounds with exercise and healthy diet and i have 23 pounds left to lose. summer will be here in 69 days and i want to get down to my original weight 115. i am 5'3, and i have a small frame and that is the weight i feel comfortable at. my liquid fast will be mostly of water, and home made juice containing fruits and vegetables. i am considering going on this fast for 30 days then slowly ease my way back into eating healthy foods. i assume i have lost all of my water weight, so how many pounds do you think i will lose in that month? im the type of person that will maintain my weight loss once it is gone so i don't want to hear about gaining it back.
What is the best exercise for weight loss?
I normally exercise between 4 and 5 times a week. I normally jog between 6k-7k or do an hour swimming but I am not seeing the results that I would like. I have a healthy diet so do Im not sure where Im going wrong. Am I doing the wrong exercise? I've heard of interval training, is this better for weight loss? Thanks
Will becoming a vegitarian help tremendously with weight loss?
I am trying to lose some weight, about 30 pounds. I was thinking about becoming a vegetarian for a while. While I am trying to mantain a healthy diet and excercise, will this help? Alsoo...I am worried that when i lose the weight, i will gain it back. Will building muscle help me not gain this weight back? Any other tips on weight loss?
