Weight loss?
I recently went to a dance convention and was dancing 8 hours a day for 8 days in a row. I worked out really hard while I was there and ate fewer calories (within my 1200-1500 calorie range instead of over it - that's what I've been told to eat for weight loss, not weight maintenance) and ate healthier foods (more fruits and veggies). I was hoping to lose at least 2 pounds. I haven't lost a thing. Presently, I'm at 163.2 - my heaviest (I'm 5'6"). It's so frustrating! It seems like the harder I try to lose, the more weight I gain. And my fiancee has been working out every other day for half an hour and has lost 10 pounds in a month. I work out almost every day for half an hour in the morning and teach dance for 4 hours in the evening 4 days a week and sometimes do an hour or more of DDR in the evenings and I GAIN weight. It's so unfair. I'm so frustrated!
Oh, and I'm a vegetarian, so I'm not eating greasy burgers, etc. I'm also not in starvation mode (I'm a former anorexic, I know).

Weight loss tips please?
I have been trying to loose weight for a couple weeks now, and I know I'm not going to see results immediately, I just want to know if there is anything I can do to speed it along. I work out everyday for 30mins, with Jillian's 30day shred video( from the biggest loser). I don't have alot of money so I can't afford all these low calorie foods plus I live with my fiance and his brother, so I can't shop just for myself, so I have been trying to cook with olive oil, and use less salt. I cut my portions in half, I drink water with my meals, and instead of potatoes or any other sides I'll have a salad. I try to have veggies, dairy, meet, and fruits everyday and have as little carbs possible. I have also replaced my morning coffee with green tea with no sugar. if anyone has any tips that will help me see results faster please help! Any advice is welcomed!
P.S. I'm not on any weight loss supplements, I was told most don't work.
the tea I am currently drinking is the wu-yi tea, and it dosent seem to be doing much, I drink it twice a day, like it says.

By what week or days will u notice weight loss on someone who is workingout and eating healthy to lose weight?
Yes It's me the one doing it! I have been working out 6 days a week doing cardio 45 mins and small weight training 4 days a week. I know I am soposed to eat right now about 1000 to 1100 cal a day, but i can only seem to get in about 700 is this bad? will it interfere with my weight loss? my healthy eating consists of fiber, fruits, protein, veggies, and some dairy..
Healthy snacks for a teen girl for healthy weight gain?
I'm 5'1", 15, female, and weigh about 87 or 88 pounds. First of all, does anyone think that I would look a little too small? I stopped menstruating last July and my doc believes it because of rapid weight loss (I weighed 93 to 98 pounds at the age of 14--it fluxuated but I didn't really care at the time). Last summer, I tried hard to lose weight and now for health reasons, I've been told to gain. It's hard, though, because I eat a high-cal dessert every night so I don't want to eat junk in the day, you know? I need to gain weight, but I don't want to be unhealthy..I've never been a junk-food "junkie." I love fruits...what are some desserts I could make that are healthy? Any websites with nutritional info? I'm also vegetarian.
What kinds of fruits or vegetables accelerate or help weight loss?
Typically help speed up weight loss as opposed to other fruits or veggies...
Low carb is preferred!!
Would i see weight loss if i did this daily?
I have a fairly long long trail going all the way around my city. I love to bike as well. I was wondering if i biked around 14-16 mph for about 70 minutes every morning for a month or so would i see some weight loss or toning? I would also be eating like 1800 calories a day. You know, fruits, soup, etc. I would also be getting about 9 hours of sleep a night, walk my dog for about 25 minutes a day too.
