I want to lose weight but I swear I'm not a exercise person, I'm a little bit overweight and I don't wanna go farther :)
So if you know of any please let me know

Do Any of the Diet Pills actually help? Is 10 pounds a month a good weight loss goal?

Please only answer if you have done the dieting/weight loss thing and actually have something of value to say.

I am wanting to lose about 40 pounds over the next 4 months, meaning 10 pounds a month. Is this a reasonable goal?

Do any of those pills/products that are meant to assist in the weight loss process actually work? What were your experiences? Thanks!
Just want to add that I am including Diet and Exercise in my routine, I am just wondering about any added benefits to the weight loss pills/products

what is the best diet pill to boost my weight loss?

i know that diet pills are not miracle pills that i can take and expect to lose 20 pounds over night, but i have heard that they do work when used in conjunction with proper diet and exercise. which ones have worked the best for you in the past?

ps- ones that are affordable and readily available would be the best!
i just wanted to restate that i am not lazy and looking for a short cut. i already do cardio 4 times a week and strength training 2-3 times per week. i also eat healthy.

Is there any diet pill that really does boost weight loss with exercise?

I'd like to lose 20 lbs and I do workout and exercise at the gym but I was wondering if there was any diet pill that actually does work really well as a booster to working out and losing weight. I also choose healthier eating alternatives also.

Does exercising on a low carb diet like Kimkins affect weight loss results?

I haven't really been following the diet to a tee but only the breakfast part, I'm doing the boot camp part of the diet and I've been eating my Activia yogurts and a banana for breakfast because eggs make me sick as well as meat in the morning and I just substitute with those. Well, I do 30 min of cardio on the elliptical, I don't overwork myself or anything. My weight didn't come down when I was exervicing but I haven't exercised for 4 days and I've dropped 5 lbs. Is the exercise affecting weight loss or am I in ketosis and it's starting to do its magic? I'd like to continue exercise if it won't interfere.

I am kind of restricted from exercise due to my job. I am a truck driver so i cannot make it to a gym. So what I am asking if anyone has found a diet that works and that is not a "Fad" diet. I would like to lose about fifty pounds. My diet now consists of mainly salads, water, and diet soda. But the problem as stated as before is lack of time to exercise. The diet that i am looking for would be something that would boost my matabolism that way in tuen i would lose wieght. Thanks for any suggestions

Is this a good weight loss/diet plan?

Alright, so. Range from 1000-1500 calories daily. (probably averaging out at about 1200 a day.)
35 minutes of cardio 5 times a week (2-4 miles, depending on the program)
15-20 minutes of core/toning exercises 5 times a week.

Should I see fast results? I'm varying my exercise/food intake so I don't slow my metabolism down.

how do I tactfully tell my husband there is no such thing as a safe diet pill or quick weight loss diet?

I think he interested in losing weight again. Someone told him about LeanSpa and it's "free trial offer". After some research, I showed him that the so called news site touting the drug was a ruse, that there hasn't been enough research on acai to determine if it's safe, and the "free trial" isn't free and can cost over .00. I can't come across as though I'm right, you're wrong, or he'll just give up the diet idea. I do try to cook healthy meals (he's only home for supper, though), but I can't stop him from digging in that jar of peanut butter (he does eat it with an apple or banana, no cookies) nor make him exercise (says he's gets enough at work, but that were true, he wouldn't be so out of shape.). I just don't want to scare him off, I want to encourage him.
A diet pill is not going to convince him to exercise.
