What are the safest diet pills to help jump start the weight loss process?

I currently weigh 215 pounds and I'm 28 years old. I just started exercise (walking 30 min. a day) this week. I know it's too soon to see results but I'm wondering if there's something I can take to jump start my metabolism. I haven't exercised in a while. I gained 50 pounds over the last 3 years. I was not always this big so I feel like my body has slowed down significantly. I want to lose weight the right way and I don't want to take pills that are bad for me. Any recommendations would be helpful.

Whats the best diet/vitamin combo for weight loss?

I am leaving for bmt within a month and i have been having a little trouble keeping off some extra pounds. Aside from daily exercise (doing a lot of cardio) and an intake of multi vitamins what else can i do to help take off some weight, i seem to have hit a brick wall. I have looked into several pills at vitamin world and im just not sure what i'm looking at. Any help would be appreciated

I was wondering if anyone knew of a good diet pill to help jump start weight loss.?

After working really hard to loose weight, I became pregnate and had a miscarriage. This caused me to go up three sizes and ever since then I am unable to loose weight. I've tried diet and exercise and no matter what I do nothing works. If anyone could help I would be extremly grateful.

How to improve diet/weight loss?

Hey all. I'm a 18yo male who's recently lost some weight just from cutting back on the sodas, ice cream, snacks, etc. I weighed about 220 and am now down to 170 (though still have a stomach bulge and fatty pecs). However, I've now started P90X here and there..I usually do an exercise every other day, not every day as recommended.

I drink atleast 64 fl. oz of water a day. My diet meal consists of two poptarts and a fiber bar for breakfast (520 cals, 14g fat, 100g carbs (47g sugar), 11g fiber, and 8g protein) and then usually a Subway sub for dinner (~1000 cal, always on wheat bread) and maybe popcorn for a late snack.

Where and how can I improve my diet to promote some slimming and weight loss? I plan on going into the gym for muscle building within the next week or so, but really want to make sure I've got my dieting and such set. Thanks for any help

Diet weight loss relating BMR?

Ok, so I want to lose 2lbs a week, I did all the calculations for the exercise so that's 1lbs and the 2nd pound is lost by cutting 500 calories a day right? So do I deduct this from my BMR (which is around 2239) or do I deduct it from the 2000 that experts recommend? And also, if I did eat 1500 calories a day I would make a deficit of around 739 is that ok or not ok? Thanks.

What is the best weight loss pill to combine with diet and exercise?

I would love to hear what you think the best diet pills are and your experience with them. I only have about 20 lbs that I want to lose and I am a 22 year old female. I had a baby and delivered her by C-section and now I have this stubborn belly fat and general body fat that I want to get rid of. I want to use a diet pill along with my diet and exercise to get the maximum results. Any ideas?

cardio and diet=weight loss?

i am on a diet to lose 10 lbs. (i already lost 15). after a while, i stopped losing. however, i didn't exercise at all while on my diet, because i hate doing it. if i do 1 hour of treadmill a day (run every 2 minutes, walk every 2 minutes) and repeat, will the weight come off? how long should i expect to see results? it's mostly the tummy area that needs to be lost.

My friend lisa weighs 180 and im worried for her health but she doesn't really have the time or stamina to diet or exercise and i wouldn't mind losing some weight myself.

Any suggestions on a diet plan or good recipe websites that can help with weight gain and weight loss?

My husband is trying to loose weight. He has a bad back and the weight that he carries in his stomach is causing back problems. He is not big into exercise so I need to find foods that I can fix to help him loose the extra pounds. I feel that if he looses some weight he will have more energy to excericse. The problem is that I need to put on weight. We are extreme opposites. I want to put on good weight though. Not the weight that can be put on by Big Mac's.....although that sounds like a good way to put on weight, but that is not a diet that will benefit my husband or myself as well.
