what is the best diet pill to boost my weight loss?

i know that diet pills are not miracle pills that i can take and expect to lose 20 pounds over night, but i have heard that they do work when used in conjunction with proper diet and exercise. which ones have worked the best for you in the past?

ps- ones that are affordable and readily available would be the best!
i just wanted to restate that i am not lazy and looking for a short cut. i already do cardio 4 times a week and strength training 2-3 times per week. i also eat healthy.

just had baby 7weeks ago and it is now time to get back to exercise.... is their any diet pills that work that aid in fat burning, I am currently 5 2 158lb i want to get back down to 125-130.... im not totally yucky but differently have some love handle and tummy flab to begin to work on.....

Diet pills and weight loss programs?

I was on the bernstein diet for the last year on and off and have lost about 25 pounds on that.... i'd still like to lose another 30 pounds or so... but the bernstein diet is a very pricey one and hard to follow..

I was wondering if anyone had any advice on diet pills or weight loss programs that have worked well for you??

I work out and eat right everyday without any weight loss, is there a diet pill out there to help me?

I just have about 20 pounds that I would like to lose. I run almost every day for 30 mins, I strength train and do work out videos and eat a near perfect diet but I just can't shed those last few pounds. Has anyone had any success with any of the diet pills out there? Or any other advice? Thanks :)

Heard of Acai Burn diet weight loss?

Has anybody heard of Acai Burn diet pills? Well I have heard it on the news and watched on Oprah show. I was wondering if anybody out there have try using Acai Burn diet pill, and does it work for them? And what's the side affect of using it? TARGETED THIGH WEIGHT LOSS FOR A TEEN GIRL ….SUPPLEMENTS!?

I am 15 and want to make my thighs thinner. I have excercises and stuff I am doing, but everone says that the green tea or acai berry pill works great. The thing is I don't want to mess with my body by taking these pills so does anyone know of any other safer supplements that I could use? Keep in mind I am only 15 so no diet pills.
Yeah I know about the acai berry and green tea!! But these supplements are not safe for me!! I need some
ALTERNATIVES please.

Weight loss help please!!!!?

I am 14 5'3" and I weigh 157 pounds. My ideal weight is 120 pounds and I havento lose it fast with NO DIET PILLS OR ANY KIND OF WEIGHT LOSS SUPPLEMENT!!!!! I'd like to have it off by May any ideas?

Why is almost every diet plan and weight loss center focused on women?

I am a guy that cares about my health and looks and want to lose weight but almost every commercial I see for weight loss is only meant for women such as diet pills, diet food plans, and gyms/weightloss centers. Why don't they have stuff for both men and women or at least have the same amount of stuff focus on men's weightloss?

Can anyone recommend any safe and effective supplements to help with weight loss?

A few years back when the Atkins Diet was all the rage I took some of their supplements and did the diet and lost about ten pounds in a couple of months but couldn't stick with it and the weight gradually crept back up. I did notice that something (presumably the supplements?) helped curb my appetite and also seemed to give me an energy boost.

I am NOT wanting stimulants like caffeine or diet pills but rather supplements with safe ingredients like vitamins and/or minerals at effective but safe doses that help curb appetite and boost energy.

I have a weakness for sugary foods and feel tired a lot, I'm pre-diabetic so I need to get some energy to allow me to exercise and get through the days and need to fight the sugar cravings.

Would appreciate links to reputable sources of information!

short cuts in weight loss/diet pills/exercise/supplements, what am i doing wrong, what more can i do? ?

i was fat, now I'm much less fat; only a few pounds over weight, between 7 and 15 depending on the week

i'm 18, i train at a mma gym twice a week, and go for half hour run-walks 3 times a week

during the mma training on Monday & Wednesday i go from 6 - 9 pm, with 1 kick boxing class and one Pankration (wrestling / Brazilian jujitsu / full contact ring fighting ) class

this gym is not some sissy bow 30 times over the course of the night, do 10 push ups 10 high kicks and go home gym, its the gym that has produce 3 provincial boxing and mma champs, and you can feel the intensity of the work out

before each of those sessions i take 2 scoops of no-xplode by bsn, it keeps me awake for a few hours after that (don't get to sleep before about 3am) but the additionally endurance is measurable. and worth it for me
right after i get home and shower i have a protein shake, and a hour later a creatine drink

my diet is not super complex, i try to follow the creed "eat food, not to much, mostly veggies" or at least i try to,
i eat very little red meat, and no wheat at all, grains come from brown rice, rice-milk and rice cakes

only recently started the run-walks which go for 30 min (47 today) and im starting with 1 min of running and 2 min of walking, i have a guide to tell me when and how to change it over the next 14 weeks

my goals are simply "get in better shape"
i want to be able to move, look good, feel healthy, my actions are working but there doing so very slowly so, if anyone has any educated (formal or from experience based) advice on how i can improve my health from training times, workout styles, supplement advice (are diet pills like atro-phex for me?) or anything someone has i would love to hear it
